Communication with the owner was quick and easy overall stay was good family bonding time super close to the Camp Jordan softball field and everything we did was close to the apartment so that was a plus not too much driving

The property was clean. I didn't have any problems with check-in or check-out. The ad was a bit misleading. There is only 1 full-size bed and 1 twin bed. While the ad said there was enough room to sleep 6, it was barely able to accomodate 3. The twin bed was the worst bed I've ever slept on. Nothing but springs. The sleeping situation is really my only complaint.

Well, upon arriving I let the Mgt. know that most of the slat's for the window covering were missing, so I couldn't change cloths or, sleep in that bedroom because you could see right in the room. I was told that they would let the maintenance crew know, however I had 8 more days there so, I would have to assume that if they didn't replace while I was there, they have no intention of doing so. I had to go get a sheet to cover the window. There were no hangers in the closet, the floor was sticky, so I bought a mop to clean it. Most of the cabinet and drawers were broken, there was no plastic liner for the shower curtain, so only the cloth part was there and of course it got wet every time you showered, so the smell of mildew was overwhelming. Then there was the roaches, that was disgusting! When we go to the airport my Nephew opened the zipper part of his suitcase and guess what was in there? Yep a Roach! So, when we got home we couldn't even bring our bags in the house. I know you get what you pay for and the fee was low, and not knowing that area, I knew it was 10-15 minutes from were I wanted to be. I hate to give such a bad review, but, it is apparent that not one thing is being done to make the place more livable, or even more presentable. Even the front door is filthy! To be honest I would not stay there again if it was free and Brad Pitt lived next door.

Did not feel safe here, cop lights and sirens everywhere, fire alarms woke us up the next morning, we ended up leaving because we did not feel safe and manager will not respond to my mesage about reimbursement. Vrbo listing says it has 2 queen bed and 1 king bed, however it has 1 twin and 1 queen

We made a quick trip to attend a graduation. Accommodations weren’t grand but met our needs. The neighbors were friendly and the area quiet at night.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay at this property. The property manager was easy to communicate with, the property was clean and relatively quiet, and it was just a few minutes to the convention center which was perfect for us. Our only issue was the listing says the property has a king sized bed and a double bed which it does not. It has a queen and a twin, which made things a little difficult for us as we were expecting one of the beds to be big enough to share with our youngest child. We would still book this property again or recommend it in the future, though. :)

Property is alittle outdated but it is good for the money as we wanted enjoy chattanooga not be in the room much it worked well for a place to sleep it was clean and quite. It has a queen bed and twin we put an air mattress on floor bed was comfortable.

Overall, 4/5 stars. Like an A - grade. Realize when booking here you’re going to have to kill the occasional cockroach, but they don’t bite and it’s a minor inconvenience. I would stay again and recommend. Interior is dated, but the apartment is very clean and the queen bed is new/comfortable - soft mattress. Sofa in living space could use an update as it sags a little and not the most comfortable for TV/movie viewing long time. Again, this place is fine - and for the value, you should stay here. Excellent commutation from host company.

This is an older building/older apartment, no frills but was clean and comfortable. The property manager was quick and responsive via email to any of my questions. We had no issues during our two night stay and it was very close to town. If I need to travel to Chattanooga again, I would stay in this apartment again.

Everything was nice nothing extremely great felt safe, quite lots of Mexican ,hamburger, chicken places to eat...They could put a tv in Master bedroom only one tv in livingroom maybe better couch in there not very comfortable but we had pleasant say the host is very nice

If you want premium, newish, classy place to stay this is definitely not the place for you. However, if the place needing some things done but is mostly functional than this is a value that can't be beat and a great place to stay. The roaches need to be got under control though.

There were some issuses that Management and I worked out, but you can't beat the price. Everything worked and the main bed was nice and comfy. Not sure what people expect for $25-30 a day.

Apartment was clean and it worked for our short stay in Chattanooga. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the fridge to keep drinks cold but we were satisfied with the listing of the property vs what we got. They were very communicative when I couldn’t figure out the door lock and always responded right away. We come to Chattanooga several times a year so I will keep an eye out for this property first

This isn't a 4 star hotel--but it's close to everything, clean, and has what you need for a visit to Chattanooga. Spend the money you save renting this cute apartment at great pubs and sights in town. Good value, tidy, and just right.

We arrived after midnight so we were glad that the check-in process was easy once we were able to find the apartment. The sign on the door blocked the apartment number so it wasn’t that easy to find. Once we were in we found that the sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms was left open which was unsettling since it was so late. The apartment smelled horribly of smoke the whole stay, and after telling the host all of this they didn’t acknowledge any of that but only asked for a picture of the bowl that was left out. The towels were stained, the glass stove top was smashed so not sure if it even worked, there were multiple cockroaches we found during our 3 day stay, and as I mentioned the whole apartment smelled like smoke. We ended up having to buy our own shampoo/conditioner/soap since none were provided. The floors, including the carpet, were all sticky and not cleaned properly. The shower head is about 5ft tall and broken, so if you’re taller just be prepared. Overall, it was a cheaper stay, but it was still not worth the money we spent.

We do not recommend staying here. Old & run down inside & out, very poorly maintained. To name a few things: Broken freezer door handle. Absolutely uncomfortable small sofa, if you can even call it that, in living room makes watching tv intolerable. Nothing provided to sit on to even try & enjoy the balcony, not even cheap plastic chairs. Dirty bathtub with barely any water pressure. Cheap towels & not enough provided for 2 people staying 3 days. 2 wash cloths & ONE hand towel. I’ve saved the worst for last. We were instructed to strip the bed. I was sickened to see the condition of the mattress pad, to say it was soiled & stained is putting it mildly. Absolutely disgusting. And not only were the pillows stained, they could hardly be called pillows. Extremely thin & flimsy. We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s & we have never experienced anything this awful. How anyone with a conscience could rent this place is incomprehensible. We are not people who generally complain, but others deserve to know. Their guests’ comfort obviously means nothing in this place. We would not stay here under any circumstances. The least this owner should do is refund our “cleaning” fee.

From the entrance to the complete inside including the porch was absolutely terrible. Dirty and worn with no cooking items you could actually Use! The state of the apartment complex was a question for safety. There was no way we could stay there. We reported the condition to the Steven's realty along with photos.
