Buena relación precio/calidad
Es un hotel grande y un poco antiguo, pero se adecuaba a nuestras necesidades. Linda piscina. Un poco alejado de los mercados nocturnos o centro de Chiang Mai para andar a pie pero nada que un tuc tuc por 150 baths a cualquier parte no pueda solucionar. Lo bueno es que está al lado de un mall con múltiples opciones para comprar o comer. El personal muy amable, buen manejo del inglés de algunos. El wifi un tanto inestable, pero funciona con paciencia.

Hotel enorme pero viejo y no muy bien mantenido
El hotel tiene dos alas. Una económica y otra más exclusiva. Nosotros nos quedamos una noche en cada una. El ala económica es grande pero de las peores habitaciones a las que he ido durante mi viaje en el Sudeste Asiático. Por eso nos cambiamos a la otra ala que era mucho más linda. Recomiendo que chequeen en qué ala se hospedan.

Extremely old and worn, once so proud 4-star hotel next to a, now closed and condemned, shopping center. Bad cleaning, noisy rooms, mosquitoes, cockroaches and a simpel breakfast with the bare necessities. Best if you have own transport as the hotel is located a bit behind Huey Kaew Road. Staff is friendly. Price is cheap, hence I review it as acceptable. You get what you pay for.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. Over the years, the condition of the hotel has continued to deteriorate. Although the staff are cordial and they now have cable TV, this does not justify the cost. There are always tiny insects swarming over the bathroom sink surfaces. The carpets are so old that they cannot be properly cleaned. These should all be ripped out and new flooring installed. Now that the adjacent mall has been closed for several years, the only thing the hotel has going for it location-wise is its proximity to the Ram Hospital.

This is an old hotel, I was rated three star plus not really a five-star, they wouldn't give me coffee or tea bags in the room, there was no outlet to connect the tablet and cell phone I had to go downstairs I had to pay hundred baht to get an extension, one of the elevators were broken and this is a giant hotel we have to wait in line for a long time to be able to get to our rooms, I was there for 5 days and they had not fixed the elevator yet.

The staff's prolonged wait times and dismissive attitude exemplified the epitome of lousy customer service. The staff would rather talk amongst themselves than help a customer standing at the counter. TOTALLY unacceptable, I will never stay at this property again!!!

This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. The room doesn’t have the positive vibes and feels like something unknown black energy is staying in the room. I and my wife left the room within 8hrs. Moreover, the ambience is haunted and old. In fact, I was feeling scared going alone in the hotel corridor in night. Don’t get fooled yourself by pictures. It is old and haunted.( As per me only. No general declaration). It doesn’t give safe and secure vibes. Please consider other option if you can. Thank you

The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The area was highly safe and close to a very trendy, fun, and accessible by walking or tuk tuk (80-100 THB). Although tipping is not customary in Thailand, Thai people are super hard workers and they deserve the agreed upon price and $1-$4 tip for all services. We had a great stay at this hotel and In Chiang Mai overall!

Struggling hotel with good stuff
The hotel is dated and the rooms look tired and need an update. The worst thing about the hotel is the patch Wi-Fi service. Sometimes you will get Internet connection often you won’t. Also, there was only three lifts to accommodate a load of guests and takes a long time to get, two parts of the hotel. I said before the hotel was dated, which also meant that the rooms were old, dirty and damaged. No iron or ironing board available for the room and this was an additional cost. There was also an additional cost to use the gym and the pool.

Airport pickup was appreciated. Concierge staff, welcoming. Housekeeping left doors between adjoining rooms unlocked upon my entry. Informed staff that I did not feel safe. Checked out.

This property is very good value. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the wifi in the room was very poor - it kept dropping out and never remained connected for more than about one minute. It was a much more reliable signal in the lobby, but there were many mosquitoes there. For value for money, however, I would recommend this hotel. I would stay there again but not if the availability of wifi was a major concern.

After the shopping centre, Kad Suan Kaew, was closed, walking to main road a little inconvenient & quite dark at night. Otherwise quite a good hotel to stay in.

The room was nothing like the pictures. The buffet was nothing like the pictures. It was terrible. The elevator smelled like piss. It like staying at Circus Circus in Las Vegas.the outlets were not updated, the toiletries were cheap and it was like a ghost town in the hotel.

The hotel was really cool and spacious... but you have to walk 15 minutes to find anything. The power outlets were a weird type that my universal converter wouldn't work with and they didn't have an adapter for me to use. The beds were quite hard (for an American) and the toilets didn't have a spray gun and they always moved the trashcan away so you can't use it for toilet paper even though Thailand doesn't allow flushing toilet paper. The internet kicks you out 5 or 6 times a day and doesn't remember the password so you have to enter it manually every day on every device.

Der Eingang des Hotels ist etwas furchteinflößend. Es ist an ein stillgelegtes altes Einkaufszentrum gebunden, wodurch das Ganze einen ziemlichen Fabrik-Flair hat. Zum Empfangs-Bereich muss man am alten Parkhaus vorbei. Das Empangs-Foyer ist sehr beeindruckend und traditionell. Hatte einen gewissen Charme. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten etwas kurz angebunden, was möglicherweise an der Sprachbarriere lag. Sie waren aber trotzdem hilfsbereit (was aber gewissermaßen selbstverständlich sein sollte für Hotelmitarbeiter). Der Pool ist groß und ganz OK, ist aber eingeschlossen von Gebäuden und funktionellen Fassaden, also hat es dort keine allzu schöne Atmosphäre. Das Fitness-Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur Belüftung waren hier nur Ventilatoren eingeschaltet, also war es sehr warm - hat mich persönlich nicht gestört, ist aber Geschmackssache. Das Zimmer war ernüchternd. Zwar war der versprochene Bergblick sehr schön, allerdings ist die Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es haben sich in die Holzarmaturen bereits Termiten eingenistet. Man kann nur hoffen, dass die vielen schwarzen Flecken in den Ecken des Bades kein Schimmel waren, sondern einfach nur 30 Jahre lang angesammelter Schmutz vom ungründlichen Putzen. Die Matratzen sind nicht für empfindliche Rücken geeignet: Man spürt deutlich einzelne Sprungfedern. Alles in Allem: Erwartungen sind schon niedrig? Dann bitte noch ein paar Zacken weiter runterschrauben. Dann wird man wenigstens positiv überrascht.

Hotellet lå rimelig tæt på den centrale del af Chiang Mai, hvilket var meget rart. Poolen var rigtig stor og havde en dejlig temperatur. Værelset var fint nok, men man burde nok udskifte stikkontakter, nøglekortene og hele lyssystemet, som alt sammen var gammelt og virkede næsten ikke. Hotellets personale var flinke og hjalp med opbevaring af bagage ved ankomst og afgang.

Well maintained ancient hotel
Last minute nearby hotel available due to missed flight. It’s not very suitable with young kid. The mattress is very dirty and caused rash on my 2 year old son face.the atmosphere also give a very eccentric feel. However, the staff make it very welcoming and approachable

This place shouldn’t even be open. No working phone or wifi in your room. Closed main restaurant. Only serving breakfast in the restaurant . I eat dinner in there lobby. They only had some lights on in the building. I could barely find the key hole to enter my room. The mall next to it is completely closed and vacant. Poor location. No electric outlet near my bed for my cpap machine. This place is completely outdated.. I checked out early.

Not too bad in a great city
The property is a bit dated but they’re working hard to keep it well maintained. The rooms are large. The decor isn’t very modern. The beds are decent but a bit on the hard side. The location is a bit hidden. We only went by car and taxi drivers struggled to find the right driveways.

It was good. We knew the hotel was old before we checked in. If you are a very pick Westerner, you should pass. However, if you are willing to overlook some flaws, it's nice. Check in, while not smiling, was efficient. Breakfast was ok, mostly for Thais, but real coffee and eggs made to order. Front wall of room wall to wall floor to ceiling windows - stunning view!!

It's ok. It's older, but we knew that before we checked in. Check in staff are ok. They are busy, business like. They didn't smile, but we didn't have any problems. The bed was comfortable and the entire front of the room is wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows. If you are a very picky Westerner, you might be disappointed. We were going to change hotels for our last night, then we decided to stay another night. The view is stunning!
