De lujo parece un hotel de 3-4 estrellas
Joe el recepcionista es muy atento, habla un poco de ingles. Hace fotos constantes a los huespedes y puede resultar incomodo. El desayuno justito no hay cafe es en polvo, y el techo esta tan bajo que no lo aconsejo a gente alta.

Upon arrival the entrance door was closed and inside it was dark. A student living in the area confirmed they are closed. The hotel only accepts non-refundable bookings.

Excellent Vacation Stop
King sized super comfortable beds were awesome! Had mosquitos and they immediately brought in a mosquito killing machine and left for our entire 4 day stay! Ji at front desk was extremely helpful and a joy to be around, other afternoon-night person also very helpful. Only change that I would suggest is adding more options to breakfast buffet, it was good but more choices would have better. Will stay there again in the future.

Hidden gem!
Though it’s a certain distance from attractions, the area is quiet and clean. And to be honest, even a crowded centre hotel with 5-min walk at noon is very hot, so why don’t spend less on hotel and call grab to bring you anywhere you want?

작지만 깔끔한 숙소
사진에서는 되게 큰 홀의 느낌이었는데 막상 도착해보면 좁습니다. 대신 그만큼의 아기자기한 맛이 있습니다. 방은 대체적으로 좁았고 대부분 시내를 돌아다니고 여기서는 잠만 잤기 때문에 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 올드 타운으로 걸어가기에는 조금 멀어서 체크인하면서 스쿠터를 렌트해서 다니는게 가장 좋습니다. 스쿠터 안타보신 분들은 고민해보시기 바랍니다. (태국은 우핸들에다가 차랑 오토바이가 많고 대부분 일방 통행이라 초심자에게는 어려울 수 있습니다) 마지막으로 스쿠터 렌트 시 반드시 국제운전면허증 챙기세요... 천 바트로 즐길 수 있는게 상당히 많습니다.

Very helpful, friendly staff! Interesting, pretty decor. Comfortable and clean. Nice value for the price. Suggestion: tell tuk-tuk drivers that it’s very close to Wat Pa Pao. :)

Disappointed
Very friendly staff. Hotel room very clean and not much to complain (get what you pay for). However breakfast very disappointing- poor choice of cheap sausages and tasteless ham, boiled eggs. The best was toast and cereals. Location is not very convenient to anything - you will need tuk tuk or other transport for pretty much everything. Chiang Mai streets are very dirty and full of cockroaches, rats - so unless you are prepared for this experience other vise I wouldn’t recommend it all. There are much nicer places in Asia !

写真と値段でこちらのホテルにしました。ベランダ付きで、とてもインスタ映えするお部屋です。部屋の中は大きく、化粧台以外に椅子とテーブルもあり、スーツケースを広げておいてもスペースが充分にあります。 バスルームは少しうーんな部分もありましたが、値段を考えると納得。朝食は超簡単なので、しっかり食べたい方には向いていないと思いますが、食事場所がまた風情あります。 荷物は階段で運ばなければならないですが、最上で三階まで、ご参考までに。

끔찍한 하룻밤
1.이번에 일본과 한국, 중국에서 발생한 태풍으로 인해 공항이 폐쇄되어 비행기가 출발하지못해 다음날 치앙마이에 도착할 수 있었습니다. 이 사실을 알자마자( 도착하루전)호텔측에 메세지로 남겼습니다. 2박중 1박숙박만 가능하겠다고. 천재지변으로 인한 환불은 1%도 해주지 않았습니다. 단, 태국의 모든 호텔 정책이 그렇다니 어쩔수 없었고 이해했습니다. 2.객실내에들어가서 보니 침대 머리부분에 누군가의 긴 머리카락 세가닥과 군데군데 얼룩이 열개가 넘었습니다. 이게 세탁이 된건지 세탁이 되었는데도 얼룩을 지우지 않았는지는 알 수 없었어요. 베개에는 누군가의 눈썹도 붙어있었으나 어떠한 수정요청도, 클레임도 하지 않고 그냥 쓰자고 생각했습니다. 3.전용화장실은 어둡고 더러웠어요. 위의 것은 아무래도 상관없었어요. 가장 중요한 건, 끔찍한 소음이었습니다. 4. 저녁 9시즘 체크인을 했고, 엄청난 소음이 발생하기 시작했어요. 쿵쿵쿵, 반복적이고 끊임없는 직원에게 여러번 도움을 요청했고, 저녁에 있던 여자 직원은 친절하고 적극적이었습니다. 맨윗층 복도가 다 울리도록 큰소리라, 아랫층에서도 들렸어요. 우리는 이 굉음이 옥상에서 발생한다는 사실을 알아차렸고, 직원은 무섭다고 같이 제게 올라가달라고 요청했어요. 그래서 올라가보니 워터펌프가 내는 소리였고, 정말 무서웠어요. 동영상을 찍었고, 지금도 들으면 놀랍습니다. 제가 이곳에서 하룻밤을 지냈다는 것이. 직원은 이게 아침까지도 들린다면 환불해주겠다했고, 저는 받아들일 수 밖에 없었어요. 저녁 11시에 어딜 옮겨가나요. 결국 새벽에 거의 한 시간 밖에 잠을 자지못했습니다. 아침 8시정도까지 지속되었거든요. 새벽 3시-4시사이는 소음이 안났어요. 단 한시간, 내가 가질 수 있던 휴식시간. 5.다음날 아침 다른 직원이 있었고, 환불을 거절 당했습니다. 주인한테 이야기하라고 해서 제가 익스피디아 메세지로 따로 요청했으나 답변 받을 수 없었고 익스피디아 고객센터에 요청했으나, 벌써 5일이 지나도록 답변받지 못했습니다. 잘 생각해보세요. 이 호텔을 예약한다면 당신도 피해자가 될 수 있습니다.

This hotel met all of our expectations. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Not too far away from the city center and the price was unbeatable. Breakfast could have been better but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Very pleasant stay
The hotel is close to everything. Songtaews for Doi Suthep temple are organized on the north side of the old city moat (towards the eastern end) which is very close to this hotel. The staff (Tong) has good English and was very eager to help. Generous breakfast buffet. The room has separate toilet and shower. Free coffee and cookies all day. Room is clean and comfortable (king bed, air conditioned).

Charming lovely stay
charming boutique bed and breakfast in a quieter more local area. Walking distance or quick red cab or uber into the old city. Staff especially Ben was warm, welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Just the bed was a bit firm which I think is common in Thailand.

また利用したい素敵なホテル
子供と二人で泊まりました。 デザインがとってもかわいいホテルです。ロビーもお部屋も凝ったつくりでした。 この価格で泊まれるのはびっくりでした。 スタッフは皆さんとても親切で、質問すれば何でも親切に対応してくれました。 シャワーの出が弱かったのが気になりましたが価格を考えれば問題ない程度です。 また来年利用したいです。
