酒店位置相對其他酒店較位偏遠，需步行約15分鐘才到車站，附近一帶有outlet商場及餐廳。高層的房間風景非常好，職員態度友善，酒店有巴士可直達成田機場。

Just an overall great experience. The food in the area as well as inside the hotel was phenomenal. Felt the safest I've been in a long time. The staff and other inhabitants were all very friendly. Room service was great as well.

家族3人で１泊の利用しました。最初40階の部屋に案内されましたが、エキストラベッドのベッドメイキングがされてなかったので、フロントに問い合わせたところ、部屋を間違えて案内したとの事で、別の28階の部屋に変えてもらいました。 高層階だったので景色が良かったです。 他には大浴場でゆっくり入浴できた事やホテル内にコンビニがあったのも良かったです。

This hotel was really nice. The room was small but that was already expected. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I loved the fact they had a conscience store on the first floor that’s open 24 hours. I went down one morning around 2 a.m. to grab a snack. The breakfast was also delicious

アメニティーの飲み物の種類が少ない。 スティックコーヒーと緑茶しかないので 紅茶派の方は事前に持ち込んで行った方が いい気がする。 ホテル内にローソンはあるが すぐ品切れするので飲み物以外は ホテル内のレストランか買って来た方が いいと思う。 小さいがホテル内にお土産売り場あり。 ご当地ビールやお酒類は充実してた。

ベッドとベッドの間に前の宿泊者の未使用コンタクトが落ちていた。 浴室に髪の毛が数本落ちていた。 お掃除があまり行き届いていない印象を受けた。 レストランのスプーンが汚れていた。 大浴場のミストサウナ、熱源の位置が高すぎて椅子付近が温まらず寒い。

King & Princeのうちあげ花火のために、宿泊致しました。 ZOZOマリンスタジアムから近く、マリンメッセにもすぐ行けるここのホテル最高です。 なによりも、部屋からZOZOマリンスタジアムがみれて、すごく幸せなお部屋でした!! 温泉で疲れた身体も癒されました^> ·̫ <^⭐️♩ また、来る機会があれば必ずこちらに宿泊させてください✩.*˚

泊車是露天，對於這個星級的酒店來說略有不足。房間整潔新淨有格調，而且有無敵海景，不過浴室的設施較舊和用料不高檔，空間僅夠用。有24小時Lawson是bonus。有onsen浸非常好，浴場的環境也很不錯，只是人有點多，不過這樣大型的酒店來說也是正常吧。酒店有部分樓層竟然是醫院和幼兒診所，酒店大堂會見到病人，這個觀感上有點差。
