I liked my stay at this hotel, staff was great, and they were very helpful, views and location were great for a low price compared to the hotels around. Heating was good, however at some points the room could get too hot. Also, water from the washbasin was cloudy, so it was uncomfortable to brush teeth and wash hands. Out of that, I recommend it.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas de ropa, farmacias, estación del tren y puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares como el Riverwalk y el 360 Chicago. El muchacho que nos atendió en la recepción fue super amable y nos dio recomendaciones de lugares para ir a comer.

Me gusto mucho esta súper bien ubicada te puedes mover fácilmente a pie, solo que aún estoy esperando la devolución que dejas de 100 dólares cuando llegas hacer tu check inn

Ubicación: el hotel se encuentra ubicado en una excelente zona, cerca de muchas opciones de restaurantes, tiendas, estación de metro (línea roja), parada de buses, a dos cuadras de la Michigan Ave, donde encuentras todas las tiendas que deseas. La ubicación es inmejorable! Servicio: el check in y check out, fue muy rápido, llegamos de madrugada y ahí estaban para recibirnos. Si deseas servicio de limpieza debes notificarlo cada mañana en la recepción. Cuenta con máquina de hielo en cada piso. Habitaciones: nuestra habitación era de dos camas dobles muy cómodas y era realmente espaciosa y grande, en comparación a otros hoteles en USA, a/c que funcionaba perfectamente, dos pequeñas neveras, microondas, la vista era a un solar central, pero todo bien! La habitación es un tanto oscura pero es parte del concepto del hotel, no me molestó para nada, la decoración e iluminación bastante divertida. Wifi de buena velocidad. En el lobby hay una pequeña cafetería y un bar, nunca los usamos, pero es importante saber que cuentas con ese servicio. Recomiendo mucho este hotel por todos los puntos positivos que tiene y lo consideraría para una futura ocasión en la ciudad!

Great hotel and location but the people who work there have zero client attention. It seems that they are doing you a favor for everything. I asked them to make my room and they did not do it. Bad bad service !

Best days are behind. The area is deteriorating. The "Casino" added a lot of people I have not seen before... The room was a dungeon. The shower needs some TLC. The bar is wonderful and the bartender is perfect.

I liked the environment inside the Hotel, the service was easy. The room was complete with everything (shampoo, etc). However, if you want additional self-care, you can ask and they can help you. The bar in the lobby is great, if you don't want to go far from your hotel, the bar is the best option where you can spend time with your friends. I really loved the place and in my next visit I would like to stay again there.
