The hotel is very conveniently located. I booked a king room and it was very good! Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and very spacious room! The rooftop restaurant has a fascinating view. I enjoyed my stay at Canopy! Unfortunately, there were no bath robes available, so keep it in mind:)

The stay, the bar staff, and the housekeeping team are phenomenal. Our only complaint was during my call to add my partner’s name to check-in and on the day of our check-out, we dealt with the same female front desk associate who was just awfully rude (e.g., hanging up on me after asking me to hold, hanging up on me again on the day of our check-out). We understand the demands of the service industry, however, we truly feel that we have not done anything as guests to warrant the attitude.

Very good location located in the financial district. Very trendy unique style to the hotel. Staff were nice and amenities for food options inside the hotel were great. They will cook you breakfast right in front of you. The walls are thin so we could hear the party music from another room near ours and there were people being loud enough while talking we could hear them as well. We had a room with a shared door into the next room but it was locked and there was a table in front of it. At times we could still hear that woman in there having a heated conversation with someone on the phone but if she would not have been yelling we wouldn’t have had any complaints from having that shared door there. Hotel room was clean other than we saw a few splatters of something on the bathroom wall near the towel rack but nothing huge I’m not even sure what it was but it should have been wiped up before our stay. Would stay again when we visit the city next. I also liked the temperature control in the room it worked very well it was very warm in the city so we had the air on and it worked great!

My room was first rate: spacious, modern, and well-appointed with everything one would want in a downtown hotel. The room is twice the size and nicer than any hotel I've stayed in in NYC or Chicago. I'll definitely return in the future.

The hotel and the rooms are unique but aesthetic in their own ways. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly! Parking garage is right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location and convenience of walking to/from the train. The staff was great, too. The only negative-the light switches in the rooms make no sense! Really frustrating. This will not keep me from staying again, however.
