Lack of Communication/cleanliness. Great location.
When we arrived to the property the apartment smelled of weed and one of the bathrooms was not cleaned with sanitary products left in the garbage and old towels hanging in the bathroom. The old stove had been replaced but was left in the property. We immediately communicated with the property manager and while initially responsive about getting a cleaner, there was no follow up. It was clear we would be out of the property for the evening before they came to clean and leaving early the next morning so we requested a cleaning refund. They offered a very small refund so The next morning I requested a full cleaning fee refund considering we couldn’t use the bathrooms. Other minor but weird things about the property:- We later realized the kitchen counters were sticky- weed smell actually came from the gas being left on the stove- the decor had all the tags on it from the store still and yet the rug in the front area was stainedThis property has great potential but given an unclean bathroom, slow communication, and difficulty making up for mistakes it gets two stars.
