Spent nearly $1,000 for the weekend and won’t stay here again. No acknowledgment of Expedia status, and street parking is limited and expensive (garage $60/night). Had to ask for extra towels and ice daily, and staff acted annoyed each time they gave us a small bag. My room wouldn’t cool below 70° as the fan barely worked, and the shower smelled like urine the entire stay.
The TV in the bathroom mirror had a glowing red light yet no remote, and I had to call the front desk because I honestly thought it was a weird camera until they mentioned why I did not have remote or any information. I did love the soaking tub, but inconsistent service and limited amenities, especially during a weekend I suffered a heat stroke, will keep me from returning.
