The location was convenient, and the overall layout of the space worked well for what we needed. However, there were several cleanliness and upkeep issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected.
The parking situation was super inconvenient when trying to carry suitcases and big coolers to the building.
The entry to the building was dirty,
… clumps of what appear to be dog hair/fur, etc. and the floors inside hadn’t been swept well. We noticed quite a few bugs and spiders throughout, along with dust balls and dead insects behind doors—something that could be addressed with a more thorough cleaning. The shower itself was clean, but the caulking was covered in mold and could really use a refresh. We also had trouble finding basic kitchen items like dish rags, and there weren’t any staple amenities like cooking spray, condiments, or butter, which are often appreciated in a rental. Finally, we did spot a rat in the bushes outside, which was unsettling.
With a bit more attention to detail and upkeep, this property could be much more enjoyable for future guests.
