Lamento ver que no disfrutó de su visita. Durante la pandemia, nuestro personal no ingresa a las habitaciones mientras está ocupado. Proporcionamos bolsas de basura, artículos de tocador y ropa de cama limpia cuando se solicita. La cantidad extra que mencionaste es el depósito de seguridad para la estadía. Si no se agrega nada adicional a su cuenta y la habitación se usa con normalidad, el depósito se devuelve al huésped.
