Unit was clean. House keeping didnt make bed. Shower was one of the worst showers we have used. Common building exit door far to noisy the ram was broken and the aluminum doors banged each time someone went in and out, which was loud to our room. Bed and bedding was compfy and clean. Advertised with sky tv but was not available to our room. The guy that checked us in was helpfull and polite. With a few small changes this motel or our room at least could have been better.

Great place to stay. Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Room was great for 3 people. Modern and clean.

It is a very clean and tidy motel. We have been there several times and the cleanliness and tidiness has not slipped one bit. The only disappointment is that we were left to find our room by ourselves and got lost in the process.

This is our third stay at this property. Always clean, easy parking and good location for what we needed. Comfy bed in our family unit. We were arriving late this time so the owners made easy alternative check-in arrangements for us.

Absolutely 10 out of 10.
Absolutely perfect stay. Modern, comfortable and well appointed. Immaculately clean and very quiet even though it's located on a busy intersection. Handy to local bars and shops.

The room was clean & modern. The bed was super comfortable & the shower big with great hot water pressure. The staff member on reception was courteous helpful & friendly. Highly recommend this motel ... I would definitely stay there again !

Spacious, convenient and comfortable.
Everything was excellent. The only thing was getting caught out dragging our suitcases up lots of stairs (Pilmers Steps), as at stage we didn't realise that there was an easier option by using the lift in the arcade through to the carpark.

In reality, I would rate this property 3.5. It was very clean and close to public transportation (bus) as well as the TranzAlpine train station. It was 6 miles from the airport but the drive time seemed longer. It's fairly close to Hagley Park South with the downtown area on the other side of it. It was a very pleasant walk. The property itself seemed updated w/ a nice bathrooms. We actually stayed here twice- once on a Friday and Sunday night. In the interim, we rode the TranzAlpine train to Greymouth. There are limited amenities on the property itself and the surrounding area is semi-industrial and commercial. The owner/ manager was very nice and pleasant. She was very helpful. I'd stay here again but it's not a place to "hang out".

Lovely property & room. Really nice staff. Only downside was the adjoining door to the room next to us. Because the door was over tiles and had a gap underneath it we could hear everything as if we were in the same room.
