Called before we came to ask questions. The girl had not one answer for any of them and seemed bothered to be answering any. The tv only played BET channel. The flying pig was right outside our window and at 7am the screaming and cheering jolted us awake. Best part was the restaurant bar and their staff.

Manager and staff were very caring and understanding during my stay. The restaurant was outstanding, with great choices and fresh ideas. The bartenders are skilled and make very good suggestions. Rachel, was an angel during my stay. Thanks for your time!

We stayed two nights , check in was fast and staff were friendly. Loved the parking option in the garage next door , convenient and cost effective. Hotel bar was a grrat place to unwind after long days of exploring the city.

Nice hotel
The hotel was very nice and so were the workers. We ate at Spoon and Cellar, the hotel restaurant, and although a bit pricey, was good. The parking, and neighborhood are congested and inconvenient for our taste.

The room was so nasty and stunk like pee i left the hotel b3cause it was nasty and smelled the carpet had a horrible smell food in fridge

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The lobby needed a little TLC. The furniture looked a bit worn with multiple throw pillows that looked grungy. The location worked well for our trip.

Solid Downtown Cincy Option
Walkable location to food and casino which was great. Room was a bit worn/dated with a semi-odd layout with sofa bed blocking access to bathroom, we booked the king suite. Also had issue purchasing the parking pass for garage next door which then wouldn't let us out, kind of a hassle there. Desk staff friendly.

The only I didn't like was. I had 4 people staying there, the room said it came with 2 breakfast. We only ate there once because the free breakfast was a 16$ buffet
