This property looks like it was amazingly beautiful when built and set up but lack of proper maintenance has left it in need of some tlc.

Although there was an error in their system at our check in time, they made a lot of effort to make things right. Special thanks to Cindy and Ashley for all of their help. They took great care of us and were kind personable.

The only negative was the breakfast. It was open an hour and everything warm was empty. The only employee never filled anything while we were down there

Clean, quiet suite with very comfortable bed. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for my stay. Complimentary breakfast was just the cherry on top!

The two main guys up front were absolutely amazing. I cant remember their names but they were the best. Anything i had to ask them they were right there with the best answers they could give me. I appreciate them.

Got there get our room keys my kids laid in bed and the bed was wet, I went and felt it and it was indeed wet and smelled like urine. We got another room and that room was decent, but when we went to the pool the water was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work totally disappointed as my kids love to swim.

My family’s stay in Residence Inn by Marriot was good. They didn’t clean our room for five days due to Covid in which understandable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Jacuzzi, swimming pool and free breakfast is always a plus.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. All the trash cans (4 in all) were filthy inside. Sticky stuff in the bottom. There was pieces of lettuce and coffee grounds in one of the kitchen cans. The shower curtain was filthy, as was the bathtub. There was hair on shower wall and behind bathroom door. The bedspread had blood on it. The staff was rather snooty.

Room was not cleaned apart from the beds made. Operating during covid, I expected so much cleaner. Borders dangerous how bad it was.shower had soaps left in the shower, grimy kitchen area, etc. Told staff and they said they would tell housekeeping to do better 🙄 air filter was visible and obviously not changed in a very very long time. Expected better from a Marriott. Don’t think I’ll try them anymore.

Super helpful staff! Clean and updated decor. Comfortable beds! Still wondering when the breakfast will not be so limited as many hotels have moved past the “Covid” reason for limiting options. Hoping Marriott changes to normal breakfast options soon. The hotels around this one already have so we are now choosing to stay there as price is similar.

The Residence Inn was very good. The staff were very kind and friendly! This hotel was very clean, I saw the staff clean the counters and surfaces, a very well done to protect me and the other guests. Breakfast was ok, just what you'd expect at a normal hotel. I stayed here for moving purposes. If you are looking for an expectational place to stay, I would recommend this place!

My room was not ready upon arrival and the cledj was not really friendly about it I did not get checked in until almost 4pm. The clerk was not really apologetic about it I had to ask about a late checkout since I checked in an hour late! The pool heater was out which made the water very cold so we had to walk next door to the courtyard to swim. I have stayed here before And had a much better experience than I did this time
