Fantastic stay. Wonderful hosts and breathtaking views of the wild Tuscan countryside. The property has very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is in a very good and new state. The couple offers free cappuccino in the morning.

Lovely stay, beautiful location!

We had a short stay of 3 nights at this picturesque location. Beautiful views and only a short drive from the motorway making it easily accessible to visit Sienna and other surrounding locations. Friendly hosts that provide all the information you would need prior to arriving. Would recommend arriving with some food supply’s. Pleasantly surprised with a welcome gift of a bottle of local wine and a glass of Prosecco.

Amazing, dreamy and peaceful location, perfect spot for our honeymoon. We had a fantastic stay, really enjoyed the pool, the view, the wine, the home made pizza and coffees and the fantastic bbq facilities. Susanna and Francesco made us feel so welcome, their passion and care makes the place even more special. We will definitely come back here soon!

Pogoing alla Rocco was the most fantastic location for our holiday. The vista, magnificent!! The area incredible. The location is a short drive to many great places to visit. Susanna and Francesco are the super hosts.

Tuscany at its best!

Lovely hotel with spectacular view over Tuscany hills. We enjoyed everything about this hotel! We had a large room with patio where we spent our evenings with a glass of wine!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed for 6 nights in July at Poggio alla Rocca and this place was the absolute highlight of our trip. The views from the hill are spectacular and surroundings are beautiful with lot of flowers. It's also a perfect place to watch stars on the sky. Francesco and Susanna are the most friendly people. They gave us good tips to see places around and made sure we had wonderful time. One night they cooked us various pizzas to share and get to know other guests. Their own olive oil is so smooth and tasty. My husband don't normally even like olive oil but loved this one. We hope we can get there again some day. Highly recommended!

Tuscany break

Beautiful Tuscan villa, with amazing pool. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment Sughera and it was perfect for my wife and daughter. The accommodation is 35 minutes from Siena and 1 hour 30 minutes from Florence by car so perfect to combine relaxation and some culture in a week.

Beautiful retreat

A very special place with an incredible view - just gorgeous! It far exceeded my expectations and the reviews regarding the view really don't do it justice. It's hard to describe it in words - it is just wonderful. We stayed here as a family for a week in the garden villa which was great - perfect for our needs and very close to the beautiful, clean infinity pool. Waking up and going for a swim and staring out at that view will also be a treasured memory for me. It is so quite here although at times can get busy by the pool as there are four other villas on site. The hosts are fantastic - so helpful and attentive. We were offered cappuccinos, collected free water daily and enjoyed a lovely pizza party - free wine and pizza for all the guests! I wish we were still there now and we will definitely be back - a truly amazing place!

This place is amazing! We found it by browsing B&B/Agriturismi in the Siena area. The owners are perfect and very nice hosts, the rooms/apartments of various sizes are great and the views spectacular. The rooms are tasteful and in great shape, they invested in everything you can think of. Our son loved the big infinity pool (us too). Mondays they make (free) Pizzas for everyone in the outdoor Pizza oven. Plus they make their own red wine and olive oil (5 Euro per bottle each). The place is a bit hard to find (dirt roads up the hill), so be prepared that your GPS won't find the address. We used Google Maps in offline mode a lot around there to find this, various restaurants etc. Talking about restaurants they provide a good guide in the rooms and every recommendation was great. The owners are happy to advise and make reservations. We like the nice Tuscan countryside and the picturesque towns of Pari and others nearby, but be prepared to drive everywhere for shopping, dinners etc. This is a quiet place to relax and use as a base to explore the surrounding area (Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano all within driving distance), but no comparison to staying at those busy tourist places. Summary: highly recommended quiet and upscale place, not on the cheap side, but you certainly get what you pay for. We had an awesome vacation, off to Rome next (about a 3 hour drive away)

Unglaubliches Anwesen - Oase der Ruhe!

Die gesamte Anlage besticht durch das Detailverliebte Austattungen. Susanna und Franchesco sind die perfekten Gastgeber und immer daran interessiert, dass es einem an nichts fehlt! Der Infinity-Pool ist absolut perfekt und ein Traum... Montags fand eine Pizza Party mit Band statt bei welcher man zusammen mit Freunden von den Eigentümern feiern konnte.. Nicht optimal seitens Expedia ist: ich habe dieses Hotel mit einem 150€ Gutschein gebucht [diesen hatte ich von Expedia für meine Mexico Reise erhalten] jedoch wurden diese 150€ voll zu Lasten der Eigentümer berechnet, was ich als eine absolute Frechheit empfinde. Diese 150€ dürfen nicht zu Lasten der Eigentümer gehen, da es ein Expedia Gutschein ist und nichts mit diesem Hotel zu tun hat. Ich hoffe das regelt sich noch zu Gunsten von Susanna und Franchesco...!

Rekommenderas varmt!

Vilket underbart ställe för lugn och avkopplande vistelse, för oss funkade det bra med en 5-årig liten tjej, då vi stundtals hade hela poolen för oss själva. Mysigt att det bara finns 5 lägenheter på stället. Perfekt att ha som utgångspunkt för utflykter i Toscana runt Siena. Värdparet Francesco och Susanna är helt underbara och deras service får toppbetyg. Lägenheten mycket fräsch och snygg, allt nytt då stället bara byggdes för ett par år sedan. Vi kommer garanterat åka tillbaka! Rekommenderas varmt att bo på!

We absolutely adored this place and our gracious hosts Susanna and Francesco! This property is just stunning - the gardens, pool, and many cozy books to curl up with a book and wine - couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. Our apartment was comfortable with an updated bathroom and we made great use of the kitchen to cook dinners. I recommend asking for some olive oil and their locally produced wine :). Many thanks to S and F for making my mom’s first trip to Italy a very special one - we hope to see you again soon!

Susanna and Francesco made us feel very welcome and were wonderful to deal with. They offered us everything we needed including help with restaurant reservations, local information, etc. Breakfast is available for a fee €5 or €10 depending what you order. The view and accomodations here are excellent and I would recommend this B&B. Note that the location is remote with narrow country (dirt) roads in and out, and very sharp ditches/shoulders, so I recommend you arrive before dark. There are also limited services in the area. There are only 3 small restaurants in Pari / Leccio, and they close on certain days of the week, and somewhat early (9:00pm). So plan ahead to make dinner reservations etc.

Paradise is real.

I don't know where to start. If there is a paradise on earth this is it. The location of the Villa (while a little difficult to find even having lived there for a week haha) is so high in the beautiful hills of the region that the view is spectacular. Whether we were enjoying our coffee in the morning or we were sharing a glass of vino watching the sunset in the evening you couldn't help but feel that it all belonged exclusively to you. Susanna and Francesco were always there when you needed them but they gave you complete privacy. Susanna was always there to offer Cappuccinos and Francesco helped us to arrange a day trip to Rome and a very unique visit to a family winery. The accommodations were comfortable and the pool and deck area was luxurious. I couldn't recommend it more highly. ♥️♥️♥️

Best view in Italy

The grounds and apartments are beautiful. They take very good care of their home. Very gracious hosts and will assist with anything you need. Plenty of free water and wine. Loved the coffee and treat for breakfast if you were at the pool. The pizza night was incredible with a 6 courses of pizza! Driving up there can be interesting so make sure you are able to drive a manual comfortably. But once you get to the place, the view is worth it. On your down time, there are several cities nearby to visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! My wife and I cannot wait to come back with friends.

Truly one of our best travel experiences...

We spent 3 nights at Paggio alla Rocca and enjoyed the most incredible stay. We were enticed by the beautiful pictures online, but seeing the location and beautiful view in person was truly breath taking. It is so much more than a 'hotel'. From the moment we arrived, Suzanna and Francesco welcomed us like family, inviting us for coffee, treating us to complementary wine that they produce especially for guests, and to top it all off, they hosted the most amazing pizza party for us and the other guests with what seemed like an endless supply of Homemade pizza and wine. On top of that, the rooms themselves are beautiful with incredible views. Plus, there is also so much to do and see in the surrounding area. We had a car so we were able to access some beautiful places within the region. Our expectations were completely exceeded. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We thank Suzanna and Francesco for being such amazing hosts. Truly one of the best travel experiences we have had. Thank you, Suzanna and Francesco.

Un weekend nel relax più assoluto.

La posizione di questa struttura è a dir poco mozzafiato, affacciata com'è su di una vallata verde ed interminabile. Ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli con rifinuture di alto livello sia nel corpo centrale, che negli alloggi. Appartamento spazioso con cucinotto e sala da pranzo. L'accoglienza dei titolari e la loro pronta e cortese presenza, aggiungono qualità al soggiorno. Il silenzio della natura circostante può essere anche goduto dalla splendida piscina, anch'essa affacciata sul vasto panorama. Un vacanza che rimane nella memoria e nel cuore. Consigliato.
