Surf with Friends
WOW!! What a fun little spot to get away with friends! We attended a concert at the Surf which was an easy walk. Loved that convenience. We used the grill and had a fabulous dinner. It was just perfect! Now looking forward to bringing our family this summer for a fun and relaxing weekend. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Location
We were in town for a concert at The Surf and this house was the best location for us to walk right over. The beds and furniture were super comfortable and the bedding smelled so clean. It’s decorated so cute and felt very welcoming! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating as well. We will for sure stay here again.

Cute house!
We had a girls weekend and stayed here! It was so clean and cute! We had plenty of room to spread out and have places to sleep. It was a perfect location to walk up to Harvest Fest. We already have plans to come again!

A Great Getaway
This was our second stay at 3rd and Surf. We enjoy the layout of the home and find it truly meets our needs for a relaxing girls weekend. The rental is easy walking distance to town or a walk by the lake. The yard and gazebo were both wonderful places to sit and take in the beautiful sunny weekend with life-long friends and family. We will definitely stay another time.

Nice retreat
We were there on one of the hottest days of the year but getting on/in the water made all difference. We felt right at home in the well stocked kitchen and having the grill available was great.

Great property. Had more to offer than we took advantage of. If you are doing an event at the Surf like we were its a perfect location, can walk easily to it. Quiet neighborhood and great beds.

Perfect home close to everything
My husband and my sister stayed at this great rental home at the end of July. It is clean, well appointed with enough space to spread out. We loved the proximity to the Surf Ballroom, the lake and the park/stores. We walked to everything, including the Saturday outdoor market near the Surf ballroom. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Liked having a garage to park our car in. In the garage were beach chairs, inflatables, pool noodles, a stroller, bikes to ride and plenty of firewood for the outdoor firepit. We will definitely rebook for another stay in Clear Lake.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!
This VRBO deserves more than 5 stars! No matter what your age, this property covers your needs. Everything about this stay was perfect! It's like being at home, but better. They have everything you need including beach fun items, games, complete kitchen, extra comfy beds, excellent towels/sheets, outdoor covered patio area, garage, bikes. Location is excellent and right by the beach. Great communication with owner! If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! Thank you for the most wonderful visit!

Love this house!
This was our 4th stay at 3rd and Surf! We have come with our families in the summer since 2020 and it’s so great for kids and adults! This time, my sister and I had a girls weekend away and the house was perfect for that as well. So close to downtown! Such a comfortable house and Molly is so thoughtful! We will be back for sure! Excellent!!
Great location. Within walking distance to the lake, downtown, and the Surf Ballroom. The house was updated and immaculately clean. The town was very quaint. The downtown had some restaurants, stores (general, boutique, furniture) and an old movie theater still showing movies. It had a very Marty McFly going back to 1955 vibe. Loved the town and the house. Would definitely recommend.

Great Place to stay!
Had a great girls get away time in Clear Lake. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The owners wrote a nice welcoming note on the chalk board for us. Close to everything. Definitely recommend!

Great location. Just a short walk to Surf Ballroom, Clear Lake, farmers market and downtown. Nice home for our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Nice kitchen, family room, living room and bedrooms. Planning to visit again.

Exceeded all expectations
This charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is easily walkable to town as well as the ballroom. Super spotlessly clean and had every amenity we could think of. We were in town for a wedding and were envied by the guests who stayed in the newest hotel in town. This home is highly recommended.

Fantastic stay!
We loved this house and will definitely book again when we come back to Clear Lake. The house was great for three adults, a newborn, and a toddler. The games, toys, and books at the house were great to keep my toddler occupied on a rainy morning. Overall great stay!

Fun town and comfortable home
This was our second stay at 3rd and Surf. Lots of room for six of us inside and out, Spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable, great kitchen, outdoor grill and fire pit. The location is perfect for walking to the lake and downtown. I highly recommend!

Good experience, but 2 bathrooms or 1.5 would have been better. The house was roomy & comfortable.
A short railing Is needed by the stairs. My two cousins have had knee surgery and trying to navigate the stairs for them, was difficult. Loved the location, the brightness of the VRBO . Would return for another visit.

First vacation rental was a success

Quick getaway
Brad and Molly are amazing hosts. Each stay has exceeded our expectations. I always forget to mention in my review that there are books available to read. I love reading so, somehow I always manage to read a couple before my stay is over. I also love the big fish bowl full of extras in case I forgot to pack something. They have truly thought of everything. We also used the extra lawn chairs when we went to the park. This is definitely our first choice every time we stay in Clear Lake!

Great place to stay in nice area.place was very clean and accomadating.and the best thing was it was close to everything like the surf and downtown.we were able to ride bikes to anywhere we wanted to go.place was good for any age people.
