They rotate the smoking rooms. Our room had a strong odor and was in disrepair. The steps leading to the other floors are crumbling and unsafe. The room next door was extremely loud, with moving furniture, a television on at the highest level, and lots of talking and laughing. It went on from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. We prepaid for this room; however, since it is now under new ownership, we were told there was no proof of payment, though they had our reservation. Even when proof was given, we were told to refute the payment to Motel 6 through our credit card.

This Fake Complaint. So, please ignore this kind of guest review. Room was totally Non-Smoking. We are small Motel but this kind of guest have Ritz carlton 1500 per night expectation. Please ignore tony and his wife review.

Room 142 is a dump. The toilet is not bolted down. Moves sideways just by your hand. Also up and down by your hand. And I only weigh 140 lbs, so not me. Deadbolt takes excessive force to close. Looks like previously damaged. Bathroom fan covered in rust—or I hope that’s rust. Bathroom ceiling has brown spots on it like fan does. Inside bathroom door frame also does. Very upset that Expedia listed a property like this. I use them to filter out dumps. On line booking was totally misleading. Expedia listed available rooms at this place with a pic of a jacuzzi in the room. Management said that pic has nothing to do with rooms available. It’sr a subset of rooms they have—none which were available. So original Expedia search kicked out this property with misleading pic. Same price as Red Roof Inn just down the road. But I got tricked that of the two go with one that shows jacuzzi tub. Big mistake. After over two decades using Expedia, I’m just stunned this room was listed by them. And I have pics and videos of the toilet/bathroom mess.

Reception was quick and didn't provide the WiFi information. Warm water in bath not working,asked 3 times to check. Bathroom not clean for curtains and floor.

I like Motel six because the rooms “feel“ very sanitary.This is largely because there are neither carpeted areas nor fluffy furniture in the rooms where insects and microbes tend to hide.

Quick stay, we were in and out in less than eight hours, but we were very happy with it. Hallways and elevator were a little dingy but our room was spotless and beautiful. Convenient check-in & check-out. Nothing fancy but did what we needed - would stay again if in the area.

The place needs to be retired, torn down or abandoned, pick one. It’s very old and run down. Staff were friendly and helpful. We came back to the room to find a puddle on the floor. The ceiling was leaking from the rain. Windows leak, had mould. I would not go back. Great price but I would find something in better condition.

The cart carrying luggage to the room was wobbling. The remote to the tv did not allow access to the captioning. There was no warm or hot running water in bathroom sink thus did not use the shower for that reason. When I commented these items to the office clerk all I received was a shrug. There was no apology given it was that attitude that bothered me the most.
