Hotel decente?
Fácil de encontrar, aunque habia mucha caca en la calle del hotel. Al entrar, estuvo normal. Las habitaciones se veian sucias pero pasables. Mi cobertura de almohada tenia sangre, aunque dijeron que eran manchas de pintura, pero igual que raro? jaja. el reloj no servia. La tele tenia mala senal. El bano funcional y decente, no se veia sucio. Es un buen lugar solo para dormir y nada mas. Comparando los precios con el servicio que he recibido en Antigua, no vale.

Solamente buena ubicación
Aparte del hecho de que el hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, a una cuadra del parque, no se puede decir ninguna otra cosa positiva de el. Hice la reservación por Expedia y cuando llegamos, el recepcionista no sabía nada al respecto. Las insalaciones son terribles, feas e incomodas; no valen el precio que cobran por ellas. Vaya a este hotel únicamente si no tiene otra opción y aún así, pienselo dos veces.

Our stay
We stayed at Casa Semuc for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the room and bathroom very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had secure parking for our motorcycle. The wifi worked well in the reception area. It is close to the plaza and restaurants and grocery/convenience stores. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom/shower. We would recommend this if it is in your budget. The shared bathroom/shower were very clean, but for the shower there was no private changing area and the shower itself is too small to be able to keep your towel and clothes dry as far as I could tell. We totally recommend staying here and plan to return for another night in a few days!

Friendly, low budget hotel.
This is a good, low budget place to stay in Coban, The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities that we needed (Wi-fi, secure parking) were present. There is a pretty, comfortable sitting area with a nice view. The hotel is very close to the plaza, with both a very nice restaurant and good cheap local fare close by. The rooms are small and have no windows. Everything is older, but it's clean. The bathroom is tiny, and the shower provides warm water. Two things I would have liked were a safe or safe deposit, and hot water for coffee or tea in the sitting area. Overall, this hotel works as a base for exploring the many surrounding attractions, and they have clearly made an effort to serve travelers.
