Great Location
We loved this property. Everything in the unit was updated and well done. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Although it isn't directly on the beach, the beach is just steps away! We will definitely rent here again.

Reunion
We came for my husbands HS reunion and decided to stay on the beach. He grew up in the area and we visit often to see friends and family. Since it was a short stay we decided to try somewhere other than the usual condo we rent. We felt like we found a hidden gem. The place was exactly as described, the property was beautiful, and everything you could possibly need was right at your fingertips. We will definitely be staying here again!

A Great Place to Stay
We were in Orlando on business and wanted to go out to the beach for a few days. This place is perfect because it was very comfortable and quiet as well as being easily accessible from Orlando. The room had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The beach supplies - umbrella, chairs, wagon and cooler - were such a nice perk. We did not have to deal with elevators and parking garages, the outdooor space here is excellent. There are gas grills and a laundry!! The beach was not crowded and dining options were plentiful. For me, this was my best visit to the beach ever.

Amazing place
We absolutely loved this place! It was quiet, the rooms were beautiful, they were small, but it was perfect for just the two of us! We recommend this to everybody. They were also laundry services available, and that included detergent. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

LOVED THIS PLACE
This is the cutest, cleanest place I’ve stayed in. The beach access is perfect. It’s small but has everything and more for two people. The manager reached out but we never needed a thing. We absolutely loved our stay.

A great little spot
Loved how close it was to the beach and they had everything you needed--chairs, coolers, etc. Cute little place and well thought out. It would have been nice if the small lights next to the bed worked--wasn't able to get them to turn on. The lamp on the counter needed a new light bulb as well. All in all, it was a great place in a great quiet neighborhood but still close enough to be able to grab a few groceries or get a bite to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute place right by the beach!
Great little place to stay for the solo traveler or couples! Amenities galore with free beach chairs and free laundry. Rooms are very small, but updated with everything you need. They even provide beach towels with a beach bag. Directly across the street from the beach with easy access. Quiet and serene outdoor seating. Bed was comfortable. Thanks for the hospitality!

This location was perfect. High end all the way, and close to the beach. Extremely clean and new and only a few minutes from the beach. Beach Chairs, umbrellas everything you need. Will definitely return.

Perfect location
We drove from the airport left the car parked in our designated spot and walked everywhere. We saw cruise ships depart, visited the pier and shopped at Ron Jon. Very quiet area, steps to the beach. All the beach gear you need is available to borrow. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean and updated.

Thank you for the 5 star review! We replaced the lightbulb in the closet and put the vanity drawer back on track. We take great pride in our property and maintain it to the highest standards.

Cocoa Beach
This location was perfect. It's like a little studio with a queen bed situated a block away from the beach. I found several places to eat nearby including a Publix grocery store. Once checked in there's a binder with suggestion of places you can visit and eat. It was very clean and up to date. No dishwasher FYI, but no big deal. Honestly it was perfect for my visit to the Kennedy Space Center to see a launch. I will try and book this place again!

Wonderful location
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The beach is right across the (very low traffic) street. Room was very clean and had thoughtful touches such as coolers and wagons for the beach. We really liked walking to the pier and spending a day there. Thank you for the fun memories.

This was such a lovely place to stay for the weekend. It’s essentially a tiny house, and every part of it is extremely well thought out. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, and they provide chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. You can walk to a boardwalk where there is a restaurant and some shopping. Then there are more restaurants and shopping a little further down the road that were a 10-15 minute drive. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Great location and so nicely decorated!
Such a great location with the beach, grocery store and restaurants so close by. The rooms are so nicely decorated and in such great shape. It is obvious that the maintenance of the units and grounds is a priority to the owner(s). I will definitely stay there again next year and the years to come, as well as, refer this location to my friends.

This was perfect for the two of us! Everything inside the apartment was thoroughly thought out. Beach towels were provided, drawers under the bed so we could unpack our luggage, beach chairs, umbrellas & coolers for the beach. Many areas outside the apartment to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to make meals. I would definitely come back!

The most cozy, perfect stay!!
This little place was absolutely perfect for my husband & I! The location was KEY! So close to the beach. The outdoor area was great to hangout and grill steaks! One of the biggest perks to us, was the building filled with beach supplies! Everything you needed. And whenever you are flying, this is HUGE for you! 11/10 stars, highly highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again and cannot wait!!

Great stay!!
This apartment is small but every space is utilized. We had plenty of room for the 5 night stay. Had 2 meals in and enough kitchen items to cook with. The space was very clean and supplied with starter items like dish soap, coffee pods, ect. We would definitely stay at this location again. I think for longer stays we would choose a one bedroom.

Great location and great amenities
My husband I visited for 3 nights and although the unit was small, it was super efficient! Everything you could ever need was available and not a detail was missed. From beach bag and towels to all the beach gear you may need. It was so clean, well decorated and the location was wonderful! We are already talking about renting a larger unit and bringing our kids back down.

Great customer service
The property is excellent. Extremely clean, quiet and in a great location. The customer service is fantastic. We travelled as the Coronavirus pandemic caused conditions to rapidly change. The property owner went above and beyond to accomodate the situation and find a fair solution. We hope to visit again next year when life is back to normal.

LOVED this apartment.
Yes, the unit was small, but it was SO NICE and SO close to the beach. We stayed two nights, but would've happily stayed longer. It was so much nicer and better priced than hotels in the area, and you couldn't beat the fact that it had a tiny kitchen in case you wanted to cook, showers for sandy feet, and beach equipment you could borrow. Plus, it had a ton of outdoor space. If we're out this way again, we will definitely re-book this property.

Perfect small living!
Everything was perfect in this tiny but highly efficient space. Clean, new and well thought out including all the little things (like plugs all being accessible). Was a good value as is, but even better with all the beach supplies provided - perfect! Will definitely recommend and try to make it back ourselves.
