Extended Stay
When we arrived, everything looked clean, but within an hour we began to see it wasn’t. Kitchen cabinet doors and drawers fell apart, the dishwasher tipped out and almost fell on the floor, and the bathroom on the 1st floor toilet was clogged. We opened drawers to find utinsels put away with food on them, the drawers had crumbs and dirt in them. The front door keypad didn’t work so we had to use a real estate lockbox for the key. Didn’t know that until we were standing on the porch and couldn’t get in.The management said they didn’t have time between rentals to do the repairs that they already knew about. It took two weeks before anything was repaired and the toilet never did work for our one month stay. Oh, and did I mention it was expensive to stay here. They gave a mid stay cleaning for free but that on no way made up for the general rundown state of this property.
