La sveglia con il trapano proprio no!
Struttura ben collocata sulla riva del fiume. Necessiterebbe di qualche lavoro di restauro ma tutto sommato carina per il prezzo pagato. La cosa che mi ha proprio scioccata e spinta a scrivere questa recensione è che alle 8 di mattina durante la settimana di capodanno facessero lavori con trapano e martello all'interno della struttura. Incredibile.

Very clean and modern and very nicely decorated. A 10 mins walk to the centre of the town where everything is on site. Coffee shops on the doorstep of the property for bfast which was very convenient. Pleasant staff who were in site ensuring we didn't need anything.

Bon séjour
Dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfait du logement, il est très beau et bien situé ! Par contre le titre et la description sont trompeurs, il n’y a aucune vue sur le fleuve et le parking gratuit est à 7 min à pied. Le seul parking en face de l’appart est payant et limité. De plus l’environnement est bruyant que ce soit à l’extérieur ou au dessus de l’appartement ! Et la Clim fonctionne à moitié nous avons eu chaud et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit. Les responsables du logement ont essayé de régler la Clim mais en vain. Et enfin faites attention, la taxe de séjour vous sera réclamée à la fin du séjour. Ah oui, pour les contacter c’est l’enfer aucune réponse ni par téléphone ni par écrit.

The staff were very kind, helpful and responsive to a fault. The way the suite is set up is a bit unusual. This is not a hotel or inn, but more like an AirBNB where some rooms in the building are for lodgers and others are offices that empty out at night. So somewhat unusual. Fine for the one night we stayed there, but would probably look for other accommodations if we went to Coimbra again.

I’ve seen many reviews where it is hard to find and it is, only because the cafes hide the entry and the name is not prominent when driving by. However, if you see the RIVER SUITES building, it is right next door. Checkin was easy, using a lockbox to get the keys. The room is very nice and clean and the bed comfortable with a coffee maker in the room.

Séjour agréable avec Archisuite
L’emplacement est excellent. C’est proche de tout. Quelques restaurants à la porte. L’accès à la ville de Coimbra est super facile, il n’y a que le pont à traverser. Je recommande.

Property was hard to find (restaurant with umbrellas in front of door) so a detailed map before arriving would be helpful. We had no issues, but it should be noted on the website for potential guests that parking may only be available 50 m away, the room is upstairs and there is no elevator. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Owners/staff were extremely responsive and helpful and checked in to see if all was well with the room. Location is wonderful.

Our trip initially got off to a rocky start - the room we reserved was unavailable due to a water pipe burst. However, the owners of the property were extremely communicative, and had a backup plan -- moving us to a new property that was about to open in town. The new location looked similar in style to the original room we booked -- was clean, great proximity to bars and restaurants, easy parking. Overall, would stay with them again knowing the great service and room we were provided.

Great place to stay!
Easy to walk to from the train. They emailed me all the check in details beforehand. The place was quiet and clean, I slept so well here! Good location as well. Good value as well.

Good for one night stay.
Good enough for one night stay. Have all basic need for comfortable night. Only issues with those room keys, they are hard to manage. It took us a while to get it open. Short walking to cross bridge to center Coimbra. We paid 3 Euro for 24 hours parking for our rental car. It is not bad for free of worry from theft.

This was a well appointed, lovely apartment with an easy process to locate key and entry. Parking was close by and inexpensive. The apartment is well located within walking distance to all attractions. Cafes downstairs and across the road serve great tea and coffee and light meals including breakfast. Bed was blissfully comfortable.

Great deal for the price paid!
Everything was excellent. We loved the location, the design of the apartment and the cleanliness. The only thing that could be improved was the shower where there was no way to lower the water temperature. It was way too much hot. We had no problem with parking because it was plentiful and free on the weekend but I'd say it looked like it would be harder to find during the week.

Two nights at archisuites
We stayed at archisuites for two nights and loved it. Check in was super easy and the building where the apartment is is well looked after. The street has a small number of bars and restaurants, enough to keep you entertained but nothing too rowdy that means the nights are noisy - definitely try out La Vara for a good burger. Our hosts were super friendly and gave us a list of phone numbers to contact if we needed anything. Nice to have a coffee machine in the room and the welcome port was definitely appreciated! The room itself was huge and the hidden bathroom was very plush too. We’d definitely stay again.

Brilliant space
Great hotel with beautiful and friendly staff. Great restaurants very close by with friendly staff as well. Awesome to walk around and explore this lovely location. Something for everyone for sure. Get those walking shoes ready.

Je loopt zo het centrum in, parkeren voor de deur voor een habbekrats, alles wat je nodig hebt is er/ espresso cups, föhn en airco.

Enjoyable stay
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet (especially considering it is in the town). Great bed and bathroom. Helpful & communicative host but be aware - there is no front desk. Great food nearby. For a quick lunch go to Kebab Mir Baba across the street. And for something upscale go to Dux Taberna Urbana ( Nuno recommended). Coimbra is beautiful and we wish we’d spent more time there. Bom viagem!
