Excellent
Very good, from the kitchen being completely outfitted with everything one could need, to the great outdoor space to rest and relax. A car is needed however that goes without saying in order to tour the island. Had a fantastic stay and would strongly recommend Ocean Breeze O6.

Groundhog Day as it should be! Sunny and 84 everyday!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and the outdoor space were phenomenal, as was the view, and the weather was perfect. The property manager was great. We were surprised by the drone of construction, but we got used to it. The beds were too firm for us and the pillows need replacing, but we are all used to memory foam mattresses at home. We were uncomfortable walking in the vicinity of the house because of a stray Pit Bull, but she never bothered us otherwise. Apparently neighbors feed her. We enjoy cooking and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were great. Overall, we are very comfortable recommending this home based on our positive experience. The owners are very responsive and helpful and went out of their way to assist us ahead of our arrival. No home is perfect but this was a great place to stay while enjoying the island and it’s wonderful February weather.

Lovely private home
This is a BEAUTIFULLY decorated and maintained property. The furnishings, bedding and appliances are top notch. If you are inclined to cook the kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals. The deck has a wonderful view of the water and has numerous seating options for sunbathing or enjoying the weather and ocean view. The pool was well maintained while we stayed although the water temp was a bit cool for our taste so we did not spend a lot of time in the pool. You should know that the property is in newer community and there is construction nearby. Also it is located on the side of a steep hill that provides a great view but is difficult to walk down to the beach/restaurant due to the steep incline, unfinished path and lack of lightening. In this regard we only ate once at the nearby restaurant because it was too dark, steep and difficult to walk up the winding path to the paved portion of the roadway and once you got there it's still steep and winding to the residence. The beach is small so you'll probably want to go somewhere else. You will need to rent a vehicle to enjoy this property. You just can't get anywhere without one. Watch out for the local drivers as they are careless by US standards. We live in a community that has many turnabouts so we are used to them but the locals take it to a different level, especially the motorbikes. There are many very nice restaurants within 10 minutes of this property. Lots of fresh seafood and LOBSTER.

Great Time
We had a great time in Indigo Bay. The villa was clean and had everything. The area was quiet, and conveniently located. We were not more than 10 minutes from anything.

Paradise!
We stayed on the island a couple of times, but this was our best visit. 2 master bedrooms with king beds. A full working kitchen and a huge patio with a heated 12x15 pool! Beautiful views overlooking the ocean. What more could you ask for?

Amazing property
Had a great stay at this property. Everything that's needed is there for your convenience. The only thing I can say is the front door need a lock on the inside to feel comfortable,otherwise everything was amazing.

A week in paradise
Even before we even left for our vacation, Mike the property manager was so helpful answering questions and giving us suggestions. From arriving to check out, this was a perfect stay! I can’t speak highly enough of Mike. One little hiccup with the pool due to local construction and Mike responded within seconds! This home was perfect for 2 couples. Very comfortable and it had EVERYTHING you need! The view was spectacular! We watched the cruise ships and stars from our bed. My only suggestion is to rent a car as it’s not walking distance to most shops and restaurants. But that’s ok since you need a car to explore the whole island. Can’t wait to return!

Simply Divine
This property is exactly as advertised! There is not one thing we wanted and did not find as this is more than a rental…it’s a home away from home. Calvin and Melissa are perfect hosts and Mike is patient and helpful as a property manager. Do not hesitate to choose this property for your stay in Sint Maarten!

Little Slice of Paradise
This property is exceptional! I have been coming to St Martin since 1986 and have not found a better area to stay in! Wonderful property is exactly as pictured and Calvin was a pleasure to deal with. Even offering ideas once we were already settled in. Great location, walking distance to a wonderful secluded beach with a great bar/restaurant. Thanks Calvin!

A Small Slice in Paradise
We loved the home and the listing was as described. The information on how to run the appliances, tv, ac etc were top notch. The only complaint would be the comfort of beds and bed linens could be improved. Certainly subjective but definitely worth a mention. Thanks for a great vacay!

Oasis in St. Maarten
We so enjoyed indigo villa. First-great location and easy to access from most anywhere on island since it was close to both Phillipsburg and Simpson Bay. The owners and manager communicated great from start to finish. The website was an excellent resource for our stay as well. We enjoyed the layout of the villa. There were 2 couples and we equally had fabulous master bedrooms. Our favorite area was the outside area and pool. The sunsets were awesome and morning coffee overlooking the ocean was perfect to start the day. We would definitely return to indigo villa.

FABULOUS!
This property was actually even nicer than it shows in the pictures., which are lovely! Very clean and modern with a great pool area and is in wonderful spot for beaching and walking ( there is even a lovely restaurant and massaages available at the beach to be enjoyed.) Booking and communication was very easy and we feel very confident recommending Indigo Bay. A lovely place to visit!!

Our stay at Indigo Bay set the stage for an amazing vacation
It is more the exception than the rule for a vacation rental property to look as described online. Not only did this Indigo Bay property look as described (spotless, spacious, kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds, laundry room fully stocked, clear pool, gated community, almost private beach within 6 min walk with a great beach restaurant with hospitable staff and good food), the whole experience truly exceeded our expectations. We enjoy to cook. The kitchen in the property was equipped with everything we typically use at home. Simply amazing! For a week, we worked remotely (reliable wi-fi) from heaven. To wake up to that gorgeous view after a comfortable night sleep, or to end a great day exploring the island with a nice cookout on the grill, a swim in your private pool, taking in the sunset and the view of Indigo Bay... was paradise. Communication with Melissa and Calvin, property owners, and Michael, maintenance property manager, was prompt, responsive and attentive. Highly recommend this property.

Great location and outstanding views!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was exactly what we were looking for. Pool and patio were great. The little bar/restaurant down the hill had great food and drinks. Owners had great communication. I’d definitely consider staying here again if we came back to the island. Thanks for making our week special!

Location AND a view!
Perfect location if you are an explorer. The proximity to both Simpson Bay and Phillipsburg made our stay incredibly convenient to get anywhere on the island. AND THE PROPERTY....OH MY GOSH! First off the owner and property manager are responsive and helpful in any way they can be. The villa is spotless and has anything and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay--you could just hang out at home and be perfectly fine! The kitchen is made for a gourmet chef and the grocery store that is 5 minutes away is incredible. We played chef a couple nights and had fun with it. The view of Indigo Bay is awesome from the patio and the large windows and sliding door walls. Master suites are very nice with comfortable beds, balconies with views and beautiful bathrooms. I could go on and on and on...but suffice to say that we will be back!

If you think it looks amazing on VRBO wait until you see it in person!!!
This home is exquisite. Bright, airy, incredibly well stocked, wonderful amenities, great location and in a security gate guarded community. One of the newest areas of SXM that is being developed so everything is sparkly, shining & new. And don’t even get me going about the view - can not be beat!!! In these days of COVID being in a home instead of a hotel or resort feels much more safe. And in non-covid times this is the retreat you dream about all winter long. The pool is lovely. Absolutely spend the extra money to have the pool heated (small surcharge but so worth it). The only bad thing about this review is that now it’s going to be booked all the time and I kind of want to keep this gem my own little secret!!! I had to hold back the tears on departure day. I really truly did not want to leave!!!

Solid Good Rental No Disappointments
This is a great two bedroom property to spend a great amount of time enjoying the scenery and the rental unit. This is the perfect location to be able to access everything on the island quickly. Definitely recommend it as a simple clean and enjoyable place to base out of

Lovely Indigo Bay
This is a great location to give you privacy of the beautiful water, cruise boat sightings and yet close to many wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed the Sunset Bar and the Yacht Club along with quiet evenings by our private pool. The bedrooms were roomy with a balcony and plenty of storage. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer. Just a lovely environment.

Loved staying here! Check in was easy, the place was super clean and even better than the photos. Calvin has directions in a binder for just about everything there which is helpful. My husband and I had an amazing week at Calvin and Melissa's beautiful home in Indigo Bay. It was a last minute rental given another plan that had fallen through, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the response and support from Calvin and property manager Mike. At first we were just pleased to have found somewhere - but what a "somewhere" it turned out to be! Walking through the doors of this place is quite an experience - the views from every room in the house are stunning. The place manages to be airy, open and full of light at the same time as feeling very home-y. We needed only one bedroom for the two of us, but there is lots of room for two couples or a family. The place was well-equipped - great for us as we spend a lot of time in the places we rent. The area is beautiful, with some nice walks (all with views) including down to the beach. It's a very special place. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Love our stay at ocean blue
Our stay here has been fantastic. Calvin has been so great to work with as well as mike the property manager. The house is perfect for our two couples as well as location. It is so close to all markets and restaurants. The view is beautiful whilst watching cruise ships come in. Actually it has been so pleasant we decided to extend our stay another week.

Indigo Bay, the place to stay!
Calvin and Mellissa have a great home. There are instructions everywhere for everything in the home, as well as best beaches and restaurants. I personally could not figure out how to use that television, but that could have been a good thing. The stay was great. FYI no iron or ironing board.

Relaxing stay in Indigo Bay!
We loved our stay in this lovely relaxing home! We loved the comfy beds (two bedroom), the private pool, the view of the bay, and the great ocean breeze. The pool deck has a 5 foot deep pool for relaxing and sitting around the pool, you can enjoy the breeze and the view or you can look inside and watch the tv from the pool deck (we watch the Braves while lounging in the evenings). The kitchen and living room stretch parallel with the view of the bay which give the floorpan an open feel. The washer and dryer came in handy for keeping our clothes ready for the next outing. There are restaurants, grocery stores and many other things nearby, not mentioning how close the airport is to the place. Parking is on the same level as the bedrooms, so easy to bring in suitcases directly to the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room are on the lower floor which is on the same level as the pool deck. There are balconies facing the ocean in each bedroom and there are bathrooms in each bedroom. Indigo Bay is such an amazing development. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

Ocean Pearl is definitely a hidden gem
Just spent the last eight days at Ocean Pearl at Indigo Bay. We literally sat on the plane yesterday with a calendar trying to figure out when we can go back. The Villa has all the comforts of home with a spectacular view of the beautiful turquoise water. We loved setting outside and private pool so much we never even turned on the TV. It’s centrally located between Philipsburg and Simpson Bay and not to far from the French side of the Island. The island is pretty easy to get around by car. This was our seventh time visiting the island. However, this was our first trip using VRBO and it was amazingly easy. Calvin and Melissa were always accessible if had any questions before we left. They checked to see if we needed anything while we were there. They have put together a binder on how to use everything from the kitchen appliances, hurricane shutters, lights, a/c and cleaning while your there. They have also included a map of the island, a list of beaches and restaurants. Oh and recipes and grocery store suggestions. Really can’t say enough great things about Ocean Pearl. The whole process was very easy. Just want to THANK Calvin and Melissa for sharing their beautiful villa.

Perfect Place for Us
The view is amazing, and the three of us really enjoyed having our own private pool and spending time in the beautiful courtyard was so relaxing. I can’t say enough about how nice the place is. The property manager was helpful and responsive. I will certainly be back.
