Super helpful staff, regardless of what department. They all go out of their way to provide a pleasant, welcoming and relaxing experience. Outstanding food. The Sunday brunch is extraordinary.

Todo muy limpio! Y el personal muy amable

Parking , breakfast was good clean room in great condition

Lo que no me gustó es que te cobran cada hora que llegues antes del cheek in.

Very quite and clean hotel hidden in Cuernavaca Morelos. I enjoyed the property and would definitely stay there again. The Staff was very friendly and the grounds around the hotel were beautiful.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, loved the staff very helpful & friendly. I would stay again

Beautiful and friendly staff

We had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and rooms comfortable. It is walking distance to the historic center.

Ambiente tranquilo, el lugar es muy lindo, la alberca un poco fría pero tiene un jacuzzi en el cual pudimos estar, la comida es regular

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms were clean with fans & air conditioners. The buffet had numerous selections of tradition foods but also American breakfast. If buffet was too much, one could order ala carte from menu. Pool water was not cold. The staff could not do enough for us. We even had a manicure & pedicure at the hotel with help from staff calling a local site for us.

Beautiful gardens, great pool, and delicious breakfast!

It's a nice hotel only 12 rooms. The pool is great and he jacuzzi too.

El personal es muy amable y ayuda mucho a los huéspedes además de que las instalaciones están muy lindas y limpias
