Stress free getaway

We jad an amazing stay and really enjoyed the property, and was even more a prime spot for our activities than we had originally realized. The communication from property management prior to arrival and during our stay made everything just as easy as could be. A lot of thought and care has been put into the property.

Quick weekend stay

This house is in a quiet neighborhood close to Old Colorado City and within easy driving distance to a lot of the city’s other attractions. The host was very accommodating and provided a lot of considerate touches many other Vrbas don’t. Would stay here again.

Super place! Very Central!

We were in town for a dog agility trial at the Norris Penrose Center, which was 6 minutes away. Loved staying here - very dog friendly and the yard was great. Partly pavers and partly rock, the dogs had a blast and we sat out there with coffee or cocktails at the seating areas: the off-street parking place was great too. Nice modern kitchen areas and portable AC units kept the interior rooms ice cold (how we like them!)The host was super helpful before and during our stay, and was accessible snytime we needed anything. Totally recommend and would stay there again!!

Jr Olympics

We stayed here while my kids participated in the Jr Olympics. We had the best time and Craig was super accommodating. Would definitely book here again if we are ever back in the area.

Host thought of everything!

Traveling with young adult grandkids. Home had everything we could think of - kitchen stocked with not only cooking pans/utensils but spices, coffees, teas and cans of Blue dog food if you run out of food for Fido! There was a doggie station with bowls, bed and toys. Our last evening, we were in and out of car while parked in alleyway (left unlocked for few hours) and I had items stolen from my glovebox😒

There was enough rooms an bathrooms for all 7 of us.

Some came from Louisiana, an some from Nebraska. We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the house, also our shopping which was close. Most of the attractions was very close.

Great house and location!

We rented this property as part of a sisters trip and it was great! The house was clean, the kitchen had all the dishes and supplies we needed, and there was enough space to just hang out. The home was also well insulated so even though it snowed on one of the days, we were nice and warm inside. The house is very close to Old Town and only 8 minutes from the Garden of the Gods. Craig was a great host and very responsive. We had a great stay!

Cozy House

Our stay was nice. The house is cozy and cute. It's location is great. The only thing that was an issue was that both bathrooms and kitchen were dirty. Not sure if the cleaning crew where available because of the holiday. We had to wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen. I had to wash the bedding from one of the upstairs bedrooms because it was full of dog hair. We didn't have any pets with us so the hair was there from previous guest. The fridge and freezer were pretty dirty. There were open drinks in the fridge. But, after we took care of these things... everything was more comfortable. We appreciate the host and sharing a cute home.

Family Christmas Trip

My family came together at Christmas from several states and stayed in this charming house. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and spices. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests. He even left us gingerbread house making kits and a bottle of wine. What a nice and unexpected welcoming gift. The front office/bedroom was just perfect to use as a 4th bedroom. We easily put a super thin blanket over the window in the door to create a curtain. There was plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Lots of historic charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

We loved the house and the location! It was nice a quiet area and perfect for our thanksgiving break. It was snowing outside while we were there and the msin living area was very drafty, so we had to crank the heat up, but it did not ruin our trip!

Great location

The owner was very responsive to our questions and was accommodating for our requests. The house contained everything you might need while on vacation. This is an older building and a little quirky in the layout. But, everything was updated and well thought out! I would stay at this facility again and feel it was a good value.
