Girl checking me in seemed in a hurry didn’t explain breakfast hours, pool hours. Hotel is nice and rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. Overall the stay was nice and quiet great location.

Great option for a short stay
Overall a good experience. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but they communicated well and had a comfortable place for us to wait. The room was nice, but the bed wasn’t all that comfortable and there were some missed details in the cleaning process. breakfast was amazing and the staff was wonderful.

Definitely Home Away from Home ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wonderful customer service, wonderful amenities, wonderful room, and wonderful views. We enjoyed our weeklong stay and would happily stay here again. In fact, when we were checking out, the couple in front of us were complimenting the staff about the property and how they stay here for every trip they make to Colorado Springs. I now know why. PS. Make sure you eat at Shah Kabob House, which is a short and easy drive from the hotel. The food is SO freaking good.

A most unpleasant experience!!!
Booked stay and paid in advance for 10 days. Day 3 when i returned from a full day of activity I was unable to unlock my door. I went to the front desk and was told that they (staff) had cleaned out my room as my reservation was terminated by the 3rd party Booking agency. Needless to say, i was furious. No one at the hotel made any attempt to call or text me to learn if I had vacated my reservation/stay. The hotel staff had cleaned out my room, cleaned out my fridge and freezer and discarded and/or stolen my personal property. I felt violated having all of my clothing handled by strangers. Manager booked me back into my room and the front desk clerk gathered what items that had not been stolen and took them back to my room. I would have moves to a different hotel if I had not already paid for a 10 day stay. The day manager managed to have the cost of my first 3 days reimbursed. After providing him with a list of stolen items, he purchased replacement of some of the items although they were not the brand or quantity of what had been taken from my room. It is unlikely I will stay there again and do not recommend the facility to family or friends.

My recent stay at Hilton Home2 Suites proved quite satisfactory. Their commendable pet-friendly policy, accommodating up to 2 pets, eased my travel with furry companions. Even amidst a heat wave, the rooms remained pleasantly cool, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection, though not extraordinary, matched other hotels in variety and quality. The staff exhibited remarkable friendliness and attentiveness, enhancing my overall experience. Regrettably, the mattresses fell short of expectations, affecting sleep quality. Despite this, the positive aspects, including the pet policy and well-maintained room temperatures, make Hilton Home2 Suites a viable choice for future stays, especially when traveling with pets.

Clean, friendly, accommodating
Very happy with our stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to switch hotel last minute they were quick to accommodate us & tried to even upgrade our room since we had been through so much at a different hotel (not associated with them). Great location, clean, the potatoes at breakfast were delicious! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
