“I have not experienced the problems here on previous stays and was a little taken aback. The staff was their usual friendly selves but I was so disappointed in the bathroom in our room. There were hairs far too long to belong to my husband or I. It's funny how different the view is from the tub! It appears to be a long time since anyone concerned themself with the toilet's under-rim. The wall beside the tub has not had a wipe down in a long time.
