Staff were not friendly & did not prioritize the fact that our room had a NONWORKING TOILET! It did not flush & water ran continuously. After 2 calls to the front desk hours apart & nothing being done, I called IHG and notified Expedia. They moved us to another room that was already occupied, as evidenced by the man sleeping in the bed upon us opening the room door. Staff response to situation was ridiculous! We sat in lobby with our things for an hour until they
finally cleaned another room for us. All the while we missed some of the wedding events that we were in town for and spent so much money on. I was so upset. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
