The inside of the house was cute and decorated very nicely. However, the sleeping accommodations were not quite as described. The daybed on the converted front porch slept 1, but it was very drafty and the door there just did not seem super secure.
The queen bed was comfortable,
And the new appliances in the kitchen were nice. The kitchen flooring needs to be addressed, can feel a hole in one spot.
The doors on the screened in porch need to be replaced to prevent the stray cats in the neighborhood from getting into that area. It is also very dark in the neighborhood at night, and the cats appear to have a nice little home under the house. That needs to be addressed.
The carport should just be removed, or a new one installed that is much taller. Anyone very tall can get hurt on that thing. I am short and felt like I would hit my head.
There was a trash can in the yard that was completely full and had bugs that needs to be emptied. The recycling bin was down on the street like the neighbors, but not the trash can, and the front yard is very steep.
For longer stays need to supply more toilet paper and paper towels, or mention on the website that the renter has to supply. Ended up going to the dollar store to get more supplies after the second day.
Also put in shorter shower curtains, that was dangerous, and with nothing to grab if you start to loose your balance.
Although the house was decorated nicely inside there are some definite items to address.
