The Mint House will me my new go to when in Columbus Ohio. The property was extremely clean and neat and easy to access. Theyre are some great dining options within walking distance, and we loved the modern feel. The property is very safe and the parking garage just behind the property made for an easy check in and out. The drain the bathroom sink (room 203) was very slow but everything was so nice I can’t complain about that! Thank you we will be back!!!

great location
We stayed here for the columbus arts festival. location was perfect, two blocks from the Sciota mile and close to coffe shops and restaurants on high street. there were 2 minor drawbacks. First the bed was awful, second the room opened onto a shared indoor patio so we had to keep the blinds closed 24/7 which made the room feel like a cave.

I absolutely loved the property. It is however, noisy as it is downtown. Very bright rooms. Not a big deal for some. I was however sent the wrong code for the front door but the number on call box handled it right away. I’m definitely going back.

Great location. Very clean. Loved the coffee bar. Biggest complaint is no black out curtains. We were on second floor facing main road, I was more worried about the noise at first, but honestly that wasn’t an issue at all. It was the lights. The street lights were at same height as the sliding door in the bedroom, and let me tell you it lit up the whole room. It was honestly ridiculous. They even leave you eye masks by the bed. Other than that it was an amazing stay. So clean. Would definitely stay again just maybe request a higher floor or different side of building.

This was absolutely beautiful!!! Clean, comfortable, and secure. Beds were comfortable and place was spacious! Beautiful view of the city from the balcony! Would definitely recommend and come back!

The apartment itself was great the staff waa excellent my only complaint was the night club right next door which was just about the only place in the city that stayed open past 6pm.i would still stay here again for the value of the apartment and the great staff especially Zuly who went above and beyond and deserves a raise.

Next door night club kept me up until wee hours.
This property was extremely clean and aesthetically nice, with great attention to detail. However, it is right next to a night club and every sound from the alley and parking lot below. I had an early morning flight and shut down around 10pm, but kept getting woken up by loud music, people laughing, yelling and beeping their cars locked and unlocked until the wee hours of the morning. If you’re planning to stay at this property and spend the weekend partying, it’s a great option; however, it is not a place to relax and unwind.

Business Trip w/ Family!
This is a dedicated floor of hotel apartments located in High+Cherry Apartment building. Very new, clean, secured entrance, etc... Pros - great location (Uber was always less than 3-4 min), great price for 2b/2b, clean, everything you need for family on a business trip. Cons - our unit was on the corner and there's a ton of light that comes into the unit at night time. Recommend black-out shades please!

I really enjoyed having the amenities of an apartment rather than just a basic hotel room, and for less $ than nearby hotels. It made me feel much more comfortable and it was easy to relax and enjoy my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of teas and coffee pods, so I was able to settle in and have a cup of tea while drying my clothes in the in-unit laundry. Being able to heat food in a microwave or cook a full meal if I wanted was a treat too. Traditional hotels are so limited in what they offer! The unit was clean and comfortable and quiet, other than some footsteps overhead at times. This was no worse than anywhere else I've stayed. The memory foam bed was comfortable and I slept well. I also appreciate that they do a background check on all customers, which gave me a little peace of mind. I had no trouble with the check in process because I did it ahead of time. Don't wait! I found that customer service was very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this property. Extremely clean and it was so nice to have a stock of coffee in the unit. Convenient location for attending a conference at the convention center. It was a twenty minute walk or a $7-10 Uber ride.

Great 2bedroom Condo Style Property… 5Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… 1) Brand new Modern Style u can smell the newness… 2) The espresso bar in lobby was perfect with the French vanilla creamer hot froth shot… Also has water bottle fridge… 3) 2 bathrooms in suite are big 4) There management is very responsive and handle everything quickly 5) The website let’s u gain n use rewards on stay so couldn’t ask for anything better best stay thus far

Great stay if you can get in!
Garage separate from building and is $12 a day which resets at midnight. $16 in total to stay the night they charged up $2 when we had to leave to get something for only being there around 45min. Had to wait about 45min before we could get in due to no direction because no email was sent to verify my identity prior. All verification was contactless and the woman on the phone had no clue how to help.

Any fees that you were billed are those charged by the garage not by Mint House.We will address issues with the customer service rep about not being about to assist you. Great alternative to the traditional extended stay
The apartment was very clean and came with everything I needed. The instructions were sent in a timely manner and it was easy to get ahold of concierge when I had trouble with the wifi. A bonus was that the towels were soft and the room had in unit laundry.

Very Nice new building and room was well equipped with all that we needed. No parking on site but lots of options close by. We parked across the street to the east at Columbus Commons for $12/day. This condo location was great for the Arts Festival (would highly recommend). 2 minute walk to festival and river trails. Also close to German Village and Brewery district. There are some restaurants close by but we ended up walking to the Arena district for dinners each night (about 20-30 minute walk north straight up High Street). Free water and coffee in the lobby was nice. Self checkin at front door was a bit of a challenge - we are relatively tech savvy but we struggled with the instructions. Ended up getting assistance from office next store. Was fine with a bit of help but they could provide very basic instructions that are fool proof. Couldn’t imagine my parents trying to do the self check-in. Location is downtown so do expect some noise at night (ie fire truck sirens, etc).
