Muy buen hotel
El hotel cuenta con unas vistas increibles al Lago di Como, la ubicacion para llegar a Bellagio es como 1 hr. pero vale la pena, por que pocos hoteles se encuentran en la orilla del Lago. Hab. muy bobitas decoradas y un desayuno muy rico. Excelente servicio

Magnifico!
Una magnífica experiencia tanto por el hotel como por su entorno. Servicio muy amable, habitación amplia y cómoda, pero lo mejor son las vistas al lago y la ubicación del hotel.

hotel hermoso, un sueño con vistas fantásticas
Fuimos en familia mi madre, mis hermanas y yo. Fue increíble, el hotel es hermoso, la decoración impecable, las habitaciones nos encantaron. Las vistas son incomparables a otros hoteles. El desayuno muy rico con vistas al lago. El personal nos trató excelente, hablaban español, todos muy amables. Fue una experiencia única, como de película!!

Excelente Hotel pero el servicio debe mejorar
El hotel es precioso y con una excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones son amplias y con balcon al lago de Como. La infraestructura muy bien pero el corazón y alma del hotel, el servicio muy deficiente. Lástima el servicio y el modo y trato cortante de la recepcionista. El dia que estabamos no habia servicio de Restaurante. Increible que un hotel de esta naturaleza no tenga ese servicio todos los días.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a deluxe suite with a balcony and beautiful view of the lake. Staff were very professional and always willing to help provide whatever you need to make your stay amazing. We would definitely return if we visit Lake Como in the future.

Property itself was beautiful and views were incredible but concierge services did not meet expectations. I felt I was bothering them every time I asked for something. Also the dinner in the downstairs restaurant wasn’t great either. We ordered trout and veal and both weren’t good.

The view of the lake and the service at the hotel is hard to beat. Two thumbs up for that. The hotel is tiny and rooms are tiny. The parking garage is tiny. Good luck if you have a full size car.

The property is situated on the lake. The property was beautiful, but the service was terrible. The staff was not accommodating. We paid for two of the same rooms but one got lake view and one did not. The one that didn’t smell terrible. Once we told them, they were super rude. We asked to switch and that they suggested that we upgraded for another €500, in which we did and we asked for something for the inconvenience and they refused. Additionally in april it is quite chilly and the temperature on the thermostat was not correctly raising. The front desk was so rude to us and screamed at us in the middle of the night when we were asking him to increase the temperature and he just kept screaming saying he doesn’t understand what we’re saying. We speak perfect English and he did not.

Hotel Villa Flori was perfect for my stay - I splurged a bit for the Superior double room and waking up to the lake view was well worth the splurge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are lovely. It comes with breakfast, which is also a nice perk. It is not too far from the city of Como and within a 5 min walking distance to the local ferry. My only thing is that it's quite far from Tremezzo, Varenna and Bellagio so if you're tight on time, I would suggest elsewhere. I ended up booking a private boat that picked me up from the hotel dock and it still took 55 min to get to Bellagio. Otherwise, loved it.
