The hotel is located in the Elstre industrial Estate on the Rockingham Leisure park offering a variety of eating establishments as well as the hotel. The Town centre is only a 5 minute drive and the old town offers convenience with some further eateries available for around a 20 minute walk. Taxi's are readily available within a few minutes as we work closely with a very good local firm.

Our car park is monitored by ANPR cameras therefore should anyone park in our direct car park outside and not be registered at the hotel they will receive a charge notice. If you are unable to get a space in the car park directly outside the hotel there is a car park which you drive through to get to ours which is also free of charge for guests to use. We are sorry to hear that you feel your stay did not meet your expectations as we were very hard on providing a good product and great service.The hotel has recently changed our cleaning process as part of our environmental policy which many of our guests have commended however we do ask on arrival if you would like your room servicing daily.Our breakfast product receives normally very positive comments as we provide a variety of options and daily changes of the hot options to give guests choice. The hotel does only offer Free Wi0fi throughout the building and we are unaware of any connection issues but of course we will review this with BT to ensure there is no underlying issue we have been unaware of. Unfortunately we are unable to reach out to you directly however we would be happy to review your stay with you personally if you would like to reach out to myself as the hotel manager.

On the evening of the fire evacuation the team followed the correct procedure once the full alarms sounded and while they were waiting for the fire brigade to arrive. As you have mentioned as a fire warden you never put yourself at risk. The team should have been around to guide guests to the fire assembly point, and I will of course investigate your comments. Should any guests who require additional support in exiting the building in the event of an evacuation, we ask that a personal emergency evacuation plan is completed on arrival at the hotel to ensure that those guests would be supported in the event of an emergency. We hope you’ll have a chance to come back soon.
