La distancia entre los ascensores y la habitación, en mi caso era larga. Además había que cambiar de ascensor.Es un establecimiento muy largo. Bien mantenido en la cima de la colina a 20/5 mintos del centro.En la vuelta hay que subir una cuesta empinada o bien hacerlo en taxi

Habitaciones grandes , vistas a Cork Puedes ir caminado 10’ tranquilamente al centro de pueblo zona shopping espacioso y seguro . Taxi 6€ y 10€ de regreso si estás cansado . Silencioso para dormir y tiene un restaurante Agradable . Estación de tren cerca 5 ‘ tiene un atajo , en tres paradas llegas coub pueblecito para pasar el día precioso y el bus 215 St Patrick a 10’ te deja en castillo y jardines de Cork ,parada delante .Los Irlandeses son simpáticos y amables . Volvería sin duda !!

Cumple las expectativas pero es decadente
Hotel céntrico, en una calle empinada pero accesible. El personal es muy amable. El hotel está reformado pero no por ello deja de ser un tanto decadente (el baño, por ejemplo, tenía problemas con los grifos). Eso sí, la cama es comodísima. Y la limpieza muy bién.

Nuestra habitación no se correspondía con las fotos: daba a la parte trasera, donde hay los contenedores de basura y descansa el personal, tenía cinco escalones para entrar, sin caja fuerte ni nevera, el papel pintado estaba en mal estado... Nos ofrecieron otra habitación si pagaba 15 euros más por día¡ Lo mejor: el restaurante.

El hotel es correcto y dispone de parking gratuito abierto (normalmente lleno) para la utiliacion del transeunte. La habitacion tenia buenas vistas!

UN DESASTRE!
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue desastrosa. Empezando por la ubicación, lejísimos del centro de la ciudad, en un barrio que no hay de nada. Siguiendo por la habitación, nos toco un zulo en el primer piso con unas bonitas vistas a una pared de ladillos y a un transformador eléctrico. Sin descuidarnos, de la fauna y flora de la habitación a consecuencia de una, más que lamentable, limpieza. Como podrán comprobar en las fotos que adjunto polvo, moho, mobiliario destartalado y oxidado, bichillos, etc. serán amables compañeros en su estancia. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación, nos indicaron que no podía ser, pero que a lo largo del día se haría una limpieza a fondo,que por supuesto no se hizo. Les recomendaría que buscaran otro hotel, puesto que por menos lo que se paga en este, seguro que encuentran y como mínimo estarán limpios. ¡Nosotros seguro que no volvemos!

Muy buena relación Calidad-Precio
El Hotel es un edificio antiguo ubicado en una colina, a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro, pero los taxis son baratos, por lo que volver usando uno no es una mala opción para ahorrarte la cuesta. En lo positivo, la habitación que ocupé era muy grande, al igual que el baño, muy buena limpieza, buenas instalaciones, con un bar que cierra tarde donde tomarte la última pinta. En lo negativo, para llegar a algunas habitaciones hay que hacer transbordo de ascensor, y si vais en un verano que haga mucha calor, como fue mi caso, no hay aire acondicionado (ocurre lo mismo en casi todo Cork). La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Lo recomiendo.

This is a lovely property, but when you look very closely, you see that it is a bit dated and could use a little renovating. The parking is convenient, and it's close to the center of town. However the walk is up a very steep hill, so I wouldn't say it's walkable. The front desk staff was available and helpful, though a bit non-committal when asked to recommend restaurants and bars outside of the hotel.

We stayed here for one night in 10/23. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and clean. It felt like luxurious accommodations in comparison to other places we stayed. The building is situated near the top of a hill with fantastic views of the city. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. The location requires a bit of a walk to get to downtown. Would happily stay here again.

The staff was kinda. The restaurant was to die for! The lobby was beautiful but I feel like the rooms didn’t match up to the rest of the hotel. The room feel a little out dated and there isn’t a lot of walls plugs. The blow dryer blew a fuse in our room and we had to be moved to another room. That room was better, which was appreciated. Our key to our room didn’t work multiple days in a row which was slightly irrational but not that big of a deal. We had no remote and asked for one many nights, never received. The stay was nice but definitely not what I thought it was gonna be.

4 night stay Military Hill, Cork
My Parents stayed 4 nights at The Address, Military Hill, Cork. They enjoyed their stay due to the quality of the room and the friendly, very helpful staff. It is located near bus routes to get to the city centre which can also be reached in about a 15 minute walk or less. The room was very clean and warm with a kettle also to make tea or coffee. Thank you.

The Hotel was self sufficient having a restaurant inside with a bar. This made things easy for us considering we had a busy day whilst travelling to get there. Rooms were luxurious and beautifully appointed. Should have organised another day there. The website didn’t do the place justice as the rooms were far better than the pictures shown. Make sure to stay here.
