Dear Host,We stayed at your property June 9-13 with my daughter, son-in-law, and our 9-month-old grandbaby. We specifically booked your three-story townhome because the VRBO listing stated: "Oh, and if you're feeling fancy, we even have an elevator option for easy access to every floor."Upon arrival, we discovered the elevator was not working. This was not disclosed to us prior to our stay, despite you being aware of the issue. When Port Aransas Escapes reached out to you, they stated to us that you were aware of the issue, and the elevator would not be repaired until next week.When we contacted Port A Escapes at 5:17pm on June 9th, your representative was unprofessional and argumentative.
