Thank you very much for your review. For the heating, we do have air-con in the lounge and extra blankets in bedrooms. And portable heaters can be borrowed from reception if guests feel those are not enough. For the coffee, we will improve it in the future.

To Anonymous Thank you for your detailed review. As you would have seen our accommodation is advertised as self contained. The items we provide are complementary and are to get you started. You will find many motels on the same ratting as us do not provide what we do. And there nightly charge is a lot higher. Some of your improvement suggestion we will consider. But as you would understand if we were to do it all. Our prices would increase significantly and our star ratting would increase possibly putting us out of reach for the average family. Thank you for noticing some of the improvement works we have already undertaken. We look forward to seeing you again.

Thank you for your feed back Wifi is something we have been trying to avoid. We maybe old fashioned but we try to encourage to get out and about there is so much to see and do on the island. And around our resort. We do however see the need to look into this and we are currently getting pricing

Thank you for your response. We do provide a clothes line and a clothes airier which does work effectively. In front of the split system. Placing dryers in our cottages is not something we are looking into at this time. The cost of purchasing plus running cost would significantly increase tariffs. And could not be justified for the odd person who requires the use of one. As our weather is not always cold and wet as you state. A additional charge for leaving accommodation in a mess, not cleaning items or putting them away after use is standard at most self contained accommodation. There are plenty of other accommodation places who have tougher policy's on this then we do. In Europe you are given the choice to clean or not to clean on your arrival and charged accordingly. So we can not be judged on your stays at possibly motels you have stayed at. Would suggest when making bookings check the star ratting and policy's of accommodation before proceeding. You maybe surprised in what you may find in the issues you have raised.

As our cottages are self contained this is something we generally do not supply. We will however take your suggestion on and sell small portions at our reception. Thank you
