I have been staying at this resort for over 4 years with no issues until new management took over. I recently booked a stay that is now 100 more with more additional fees than expected, the room I booked was trashed when I arrived, and no compensation was even offered. If this is the standard to expect with the new Ownership/Management I will find another resort with better amenities. I am very disappointed in the lack of hometown feel that I was accustomed too, and hope others have not experienced the overall dissatisfaction.
