El hotel es muy bonito, el servicio fue muy bueno, la comida estuvo espectacular! Sobretodo el desayuno!!! La playa del hotel tiene varios lugares y te puedes bañar sin problema porque no hay tantas rocas. Algo que podrían mejorar son los lugares para niños, porque no tenían muchas actividades para ellos ya que la mayoría de huéspedes eran adultos, pero aún así tuvimos unas excelentes vacaciones!!

Consideró que en este hotel comparando con mi estancia en otros hoteles para esta época de pandemia no se cumple con ningún sistema de distanciamiento . En primera el restaurante demasiado pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes que habían!! Eran unos encima de los otros!! Nadie usaba mascarilla de los huéspedes!! Y muchos de los que servían tampoco!! Solo había un ascensor y muchas veces te tropezabas dentro con personas sin mascarillas!! La oferta de almuerzo era muy escasa y el día que llegamos en el área de la piscina no había de la carta ni postre!! El personal que trabaja en este hotel!! La mayoría gente muy joven uno los ve en el mismo restaurante como en las esquinas conversando y yo para que me trajeran agua a la mesa tuve que pararme e irla a pedir porque nadie me atendia!! Se nota que en este hotel no existe una mano gerencial que esté atento a estas cosas!!Tambien no ponen agua en la habitación ni paga!! Salí a comprar una en el hotel el día que llegue porque moria de sed y solo encontré en una tiendita que tienen una botella pequeña a 8 dólares!!Otra observación en el restaurante los huéspedes terminan de desayunar se van y ellos limpian las mesas al rato!! Cuando se percatan y la limpieza de la mesas deja mucho que desear!! La verdad yo desayunaba y salía en carreras del restaurante!En cambio la habitación es muy confortable, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas!! Espectacular ducha!! Y la sacadora de pelo como no he visto en ningún hotel!!! La mejor!!!

Vacaciones increibles
El hotel es super lindo, la verdad se merece la mejor calificacion. Las instalaciones muy bien pensadas, la piscina de buen tamaño, la playa es perfecta... la vista que tuvimos desde la habitación era espectacular. Creo que estaba renovado porque todo se veía nuevo. Simplemente perfecto. Esta en nuestro top 3 de hoteles de playa en los que hemos estado...volvemos al Marriot curazao a ojo cerrado. Felicitaciones

Perdona por la demora. Cuando estamos tan lleno hay veces que es muy dificil de limpiar todo los habitaciones rapido. Me alegre que la estadia fue bueno gracias de nuevo

Bello hotel, lejos de la ciudad
El hotel en general es agradable y en perfectas condiciones. Por motivos obvios de pandemia y la crisis consecuente, muchos de los servicios del hotel estaban cerrados o limitados.

Great stay. Issue with the front desk not picking up the phone numerous times during our week stay and sometimes busy signal when you call right after. Room service chips and dip was hilarious not sure why its on the menu for $16. Guac and sour cream in very small plastic containers.

Spent 1 week there with my husband and our 2 kids (2 and 4 years old) and have had our best family vacation ever!! We have traveled to many other carribean islands before but this one was totally at a different level!! All the staff were so nice, extremely polite and helpful!! Special mention to Nicole (pool service) and Olya (gym trainer). We cannot recommend this place enough!!! Loved every single minute of it!

Wish there were more food options, they said they upgraded my room to a garden room and it was across from the dinner which didn't have any privacy. Also, we had to go to the bar for the pool food. Nobody came around unless we went to them. The pricing of the food seemed high.

Mooi maar geen echte 5 sterren. Kamers verzorgd en proper. Goed bed. Zwembad, er is e adults pool dat zeer goed is. Netheid en opruim laat te wensen over. Aan h strand veeeeeeel te weinig parasols. Eten aan beach bar zeer Amerikaans en niet echt verzorgd. Alles, eten en vooral drank zeer duur. 13 euro voor e glaasje wijn.

Amazing location and property. Unfortunately there were loud party private events in front of our beachfront room both nights, powered with a diesel generator of which the exhaust streamed right to our room. After bringing this to the attention of management we were compensated some, but I think this could have been prevented. Food was hit or miss. Great fish and octopus tacos, terrible pizzas. Great sushi and breakfast but terrible nachos. Staff was either amazing and super attentive or disinterested and not very motivated. The reef out front is nice but pretty damaged. Safe lagoon, but don’t venture too far put unless you want to be clipped by a jetski
