South Dakota vacation

The cabin was fully equipped. It had everything. It was clean and very cozy. We visited all the attractions that were there. We saw tons of wildlife. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back some time. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for exploring southern Black Hills

They have every creature comfort in their cute little cabin. We chose to stay in Deadwood to explore northern sights and this cabin for the more southern attractions. Great way to explore western SD. Super quiet. We generally steer clear of pet friendly properties not being pet owners but took a gamble and no sign/smell of fur babies! It’s conveniently located on the edge of Custer. Owners super friendly. Highly recommend their property!

Of our 5 vrbo stays, this is the cleanest and best furnished. Rental units are usually stocked with average quality furnishings. I get it. It's a business. Everything in this home is better: the sheets, pillows, curtains, furniture, appliances, dishes, the knives are actually sharp, even an oversized Tv. It was well stocked with items that people might forget. If this home was somehow in every city we visited.. we would stay here every time Tp & Jp

Couldn’t be better

Beautiful cabin with everything you could need or want for your stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the cabin was very clean! The water provided was appreciated and I can tell by kitchen products provided that the health of their guests is important to them also. Loved everything about this place… I just wish we could have stayed longer! It was chilly or I would have taken advantage of the back deck and sitting area in the morning.

Very Nice

Very clean and comfortable home! Perfect location for us to stay while on vacation. Hosts were very friendly and willing to help in anyway if needed. Love the little touches that made us feel welcome such as the candy treats on counter and the prayer quilt patches. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay again.

A True Gem!

Cabin B was perfect for the two of us. It was well stocked with so many amenities and much more. Everything was so neat and organized. The house was extremely clean! The cabin is in a perfect location for visiting Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and the Black Hills. Susie and Darwin are exceptional hosts. They are very knowledgeable of the area and willing to share this information with you. I was excited to see a puzzle and wish I had more time to finish it. If we ever get back to the Custer area, we would definitely stay here again. Eileen & Chris

Wonderful place to stay!

Location is very good for most of sights in area. Checking in was easy. Our hosts were a cabin up from us. The cabin is beautiful and spotless. They went beyond our expectations with the supplies and many thoughtful other amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and greeted happily by Susie. Both Susie and Darwin are wonderful people and have thought of everything to make their cabin enjoyable. The place is very clean and tidy with newer appliances, a comfortable bed, the most amazing recliner, tasteful local decor.... Everything was in excellent working order. This is a place that truly feels like a home. We would book again without hesitation and as much as we would look forward to the cabin, would be looking forward to seeing Darwin and Susie again! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful week!

Susie’s cabin was one of the best places we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at many. The cabin is exactly as described but when we arrived it was even better. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and was very clean. We had the pleasure of meeting Susie and she is the perfect host. The location was great for visiting the sites in the area. This is the place to stay when visiting Custer. Do not hesitate. You’ll be glad you did!

Very Beautiful Setting

This was the nicest place I believe we have ever stayed. It was bvery comfortable. The location was perfect, and it was a beautiful setting. The only think I can say that was maybe negative is that we are short people, and the bed was very high. However, that was really not that much of a concern. Nothing was missed in this cabin. Awesome.

Absolutely wonderful

The pictures do not do this cabin justice, you will not find a nicer place for 2-3 people to stay, and you won't find kinder hosts. Between the large kitchen, comfortable queen bed, back porch nestled against classic South Dakota rock all right on the edge of Custer, you won't be disappointed! I will say if you have more than 3, it could be a bit of an issue fitting them in unless they are kids (the living room couch bed is really only suited to 1 adult), but there is probably room for an air bed or something!

A Gem!

Lovely Cabin

We really enjoyed are stay at Paradise Land - Cabin B. The cabin was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Everything you need is there. The location is great for visiting Custer state park, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Wind Cave National park. If we ever go back to Custer, we will definitely be staying here. outstanding!

we absolutely loved this little cabin! so clean and had everything you could possibly need.. it was nice to have our dog with us as well. Great location to everything, Custer State Park is a must! Thank you Susie and Darwin for a wonderful stay and Black Hills experience :)
