We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was exactly as described and was plenty of space for a family of 4 to spend a weekend. We particularly enjoyed the porch and large back yard as well as the proximity to beaches, wineries, and dining. The owner was extremely responsive throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!

Before my trip even began, communication with Bill was exceptional. Bill was very responsive throughout my entire 3 day stay. The entire house was recently renovated, and I can tell not only did they invest a lot of money in the renovation, but they were very thoughtful in all the upgrades they made. The neighborhood is also very peaceful. Whether you make a left or right, you’re only a couple blocks from the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for us as a family of four (1 year-old and a 2 1/2 year-old). Plenty of room for them to play around both outside the house and inside the house, but not big enough for them to get lost and in too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying here, you can’t go wrong.

A five star review is not enough for this beautiful property! It is so well appointed, with everything you can possibly imagine to make your stay nothing less than perfect! It is an immaculate place that is decorated beautifully and the moment you open the door here you know you’ve chosen a charming and beautiful place to stay. The owner, Bill, was readily available prior to arriving to answer any questions we had. Even after we were here, he was in communication with us, which is always a plus. Do not hesitate to make this your next place to stay if you’re on the North Fork of Long Island. It is truly a hidden gem!! We can’t wait to return for another stay here!

House was cozy and comfortably supported 2 couples. Everything clean. Furniture and deco all new including bathroom and kitchen. House had gas grill and fire pit which we used each night. Location was perfect for our weekend of wine tasting. Visited numerous wineries and did dinner in Southold and Greenport all within short drive. Not part of home but rolled dice on Uber service and it worked great for us. Will be visiting again and staying same place

I absolutely loved my stay at the cottage in North Fork! From the moment we arrived, the cozy charm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel like I was right at home. The cottage is beautifully decorated, combining rustic elements with modern comforts—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations which we totally took advantage of. I can’t recommend this place enough—it's perfect for couples, families, or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle or the perfect landing place for a work weekend. I will be back when I come to North Fork again!!

My family and I loved this property for many reasons. The property itself is clean and everything is renovated. It has a beautiful sunroom to play board games with the family. The property is a short walk to Causeway beach. This beach was great. Very few people on the beach making it peaceful. In addition, the cottage is very close to many wineries and restaurants. It’s a great location. The communication between the cottage owner and myself was smooth. He replies quickly to your questions. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

We had a wonderful weekend at this little gem in Cutchogue! Our whole experience was seamless. Bill, the host, was very responsive before and during our stay. The cottage is renovated beautifully and located on a quiet street. It has a huge yard complete with a hammock that my child enjoyed. The home itself is clean and appointed comfortably — has everything you might need from a stocked kitchen to family board games. It’s also convenient to supermarkets, local stores, restaurants and beach area. We had a great time and would stay again!

My family of four went out for a four-day weekend and we had a fantastic time in this house! It’s the perfect size, super clean and beautifully renovated. It has everything you might need. It even had a beach bag with a speaker and a blanket/towels ready to go! It’s a great house for a family. This was our second year staying there and we absolutely loved our experience! Bill is a great host and checks in regularly. It’s close to all of the wineries on the main road and the beach is only a few minutes. We had a wonderful family weekend!

A surprisingly lovely 2 Br cottage, recently renovated and in excellent condition. Quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to a local Peconic Bay beach. Great communication with owner/manager. Very convenient to enjoy the entire North Fork.

This home was like walking into my dream home. The decor & space were well thought out, and there wasn’t a detail not covered. The owner was easy breezy & prompt to answer my questions. The details that stood out - towels were so soft; kitchen was spacious & easy to cook in, bedrooms were spacious, & they had everything to make our trip to the beach seamless.

This property is the perfect getaway. We stayed with my parents and toddler. There was more than enough space for us all. The house is equipped with everything, absolutely everything and it all seems brand new. The screened in porch was a great comfy place to hang out rain or shine. My toddler was able to walk around the house freely without any concern. The beach was beautiful, a short walk down the street. We loved that all the necessary beach equipment was available at the house (chairs, wagon, toys, umbrella). The location is spot on for wine tours, shopping, breweries, beach days, and much more the North Fork has to offer. The property owners are quick to respond to questions and very kind. We would 100% return and recommend the property.

The Cottage was perfect for my husband & I. We were guests for a wedding at The Vineyard, So we decided to make a quick getaway out East. The newly renovated cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Bill, the property manager was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions that we texted him. Beautiful interior! It feels like you are living in a new home with all new appliances. The location is within biking distance to many wineries and Greenport is only a 15-20 minute cab ride. Bill was very helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. 100% would stay again.

What an incredible, brand new cottage in the heart of everything North Fork! This property is brand new, clean, organized to perfection and so adorable and cozy! The location is perfect for exploring everything the North Fork has to offer. The owner is super helpful, communicative, and such a nice guy!
