Great hotel to stay in Da Nang
Beautiful hotel. We booked Deluxe queen room and room has side beach view. Very comfortable and firm bed plus great pillows. Shower is really good and amazing sink tap (although uses to much water). Room size is a bit small but it’s clearly stated so it was expected and not an issue at all if you are tidy. Beautiful breakfast and very helpful staffs. Great they have underground passage instead of crossing the street to get to the beach. You get to use their beach chair as well. Very beautiful clean beach. Hotel is close to restaurants and not far from Han market. They also send me an email to offer pick up service. We didn’t need it as we can from another city. One thing though, they don’t have currency exchange facility. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The view from my room was nothing but beautiful beach in my favorite neighborhood in Danang and I didn't even have an expensive room. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff there was very attentive. I booked a week at the Holiday Beach at the beginning of my trip to Vietnam and returned twice more over the course of my three week trip because I was so pleased with my time at the hotel. I will come back next year.

素敵なホテルです
2年連続でこのホテルに泊まりました 去年ここのジュニアスイートに泊まり、素敵なスタッフさんたちばかりだったので今年もまたお世話になりました！ チェックインの時はウェルカムドリンクを用意してくれますし、説明も丁寧で、困った時には受付の方々が助けてくれます 朝食の場所にあるスタッフもみなさん凄く気がききますし、よく見てくれているんだなぁと感じる暖かさです 目の前にはビーチもありますし、ビーチクラブで飲食したものはつけておいてチェックアウト時に支払うことも可能です！ 今年も素敵なおもてなしを沢山していただいたので、来年も泊まりにきます

Für den Preis hatten wir aber etwas mehr erwartet da es im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels doch recht "teuer" war. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich - lediglich eine Dame die einem auch hilft Ausflüge zu planen war sehr freundlich. Bei Frühstück war das Personal schon fast aufdringlich, und leider versteht auch kaum jemand in diesem Hotel englisch. Sie haben ihre Standard Sätze aber Rückfragen können nicht beantwortet werde, mehr wie Ja oder Nein ist nicht geeignet für eine Unterhaltung. Die Lage am Meer ist natürlich super! Der Strand ist wahnsinnig schön. Der BeachClub ist eher Mangelhaft, das Personal dort ist unfreundlich (man hat uns auch nur ein einziges mal die 10% Rabatt gegeben) und die Getränke und Speisen sehr teuer. Etwas eigenes darf man leider nicht mitbringen. Wir haben auch einmal eine Pizza bestellt die fast nciht genießbar war. Die Umgebung was Restaurants und Massage angeht rund um das Hotel ist gut. (Das eigene Hotel-Spa ist einfach zu teuer) Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und in die Stadt muss man mit dem Taxi fahren Einen gratis Shuttel nach Hoi An bietet das Hotel jeden Abend was wirklich gut war. Wir hatten einmal ein Privates Auto gemietet zu den BaNa Hills was okai war aber der Fahrer hat uns dort eine halbe Stunde zu spät abgeholt was ärgerlich war weil wir in der Sonne standen und warten mussten und nicht sicher waren ob nun wirklich jemand noch wiederkommt. Insgesamt war es aufgrund des Strandes trotzdem in Ordnung.

인생 풍경을 맞이하다.
혼자 자유여행 계획 중 비치 풍경을 룸 안에서도 마음껏 느낄 수 있는 곳을 찾다가 홀리데이 주니어스위트 룸을 찾게 되었습니다. 정말 만족도 200%였어요.선라이즈의 황홀함과 푸른 비치를 잊지못할것같습니다. 그리고 무료로 이용할 수 있는 썬베드에 하루종일 누워 하늘과 바다를 바라봐도 지루하지 않았습니다. 체크아웃 할때 하루만 더 머물고 싶은 마음이 간절했어요. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Very professional and kind staffs
It was a great experience thanks to the staffs’ attentiveness specially the front desk agents Tran, Thao, and the manager (can’t remember his name). Although the rooftop pool is very tiny the hotel has its own beach club and offers free parasol and beach towels. I loved there is a subway road straight to the beach! Otherwise I would never have made it to the beach with all those crazy traffics :) Also, the breakfast was good but for its location close to many local restaurants I would recommend to try local food outside. Overall thanks again for the team that attentively helped me and my mom to stay comfortable. All the best..

Excellent location but staff needs better training
Excellent location in Da Nang right on the beach. However the service and staff need a more professional training!! When a « « Do Not Disturb » sign in on a door, then don’t KNOCk!! How difficult is that to understand? Cleanliness of my room can also be improved ! Because of the regular access to the beach, sand gets into the room and shower and staff must clean it everyday! Those are small improvements to make it a better hotel!

北側にかなり広い建物増設部分があり、そのため地上のプールも使用不可になっていましたが、何故か工事が中断されたまま、放置状態でした（！？）。　夜の１０時頃迄、上１５階のプールかバーかで音楽が大きく鳴っていたのが少々うるさかった。ビーチのサービスはきびきびしていて快適でした。ただ、ビーチにシャワーがあると良いかなと思いました。トイレの手洗いで無理に足など洗っている人を多く見かけましたので。

수영장이 공사중이라 아쉬웠지만 바다에서 노느라 수영장 이용안했어요! 조식이 조금 아쉽긴하지만 그래도 먹을만했어요 호텔스닷컴에서 예약할때 분명 조식 포함이라 예약했는데 조식 불포함 예약이라고해서 해외에서 한국으로 전화걸고 받을때까지는 또 오래걸리고...그게 너무 힘들었네요 결국엔 일단 제 카드로 조식 계산하고 나중에 영수증 스캔보내서 다시 환불받았어요

Bravo pour l'hôtel mais pas pour hotel.com
Horel.com n a pas précisé dans le descriptif de l' hôtel qu il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel et la piscine principale était fermee en plus des travaux importants de voirie tout autour de l hotel tres nuisibles au repos 24h/24 les photos du site hotel.com ne correspondant pas la réalité. Suite a nos echanges avec hotel.com , ces derniers sont désolés....aucune solution ne nous a été proposée ...fort heureusement le manager de l hôtel Mr KHA et son admirable équipe nous ont permis de passer un sejour merveilleux grace a leur professionnalisme et leur souci des clients bravo a eux nous y retournerons acec grand plaisir. Merci a toute l l'équipe

目の前のビーチで宿泊者は無料でビーチチェアとタオルが借りられよかった。ビーチもミーケビーチの中心地より静かで人も少なかった。部屋も狭いものの、泊まるだけには十分。

Thank you for your feedback. We highly appreciated about it. We are so sorry about the main pool which closed cause it near the construction. So, we closed for safety reason for all guest. When our new hotel finish, there is the luxury pool on top :) Looking forward to welcoming you at our hotel for next trip.

A good stay-friendly staff with clean/modern rooms
After much searching decided to stay at this hotel as it was the only one on the famous beach that had free sun beds and umbrellas-free beach towels also available . The location was good on the main strip in danang with many restaurants walking distance. The hotel is oppostie the famous beach, which is clean and beautiful. Please note many many hotels are in the area. The hotel itself is going through renovation but this doesn't interrupt your stay also around the hotel There is some work in the area but it didn't disturb us. There is a still a rooftop pool which is small but does the job. The pool on the ground floor is under renovation as the second part of the hotel Is. The gym ie very basic has some weights and machines. The spa next door is expensive. The breakfast is fine usual egg station, cereal and Asian options available. The fresh fruit was good. The staff were all helpful and friendly towards me and my family. We booked the queen bedroom which was quite small but had lovely view of the ocean. The a/c worked well which is important for the heat in vietnam. Good water pressure in the room. Overall me and the family enjoyed our stay given the location of the hotel which was opposite the beach- crossing busy road. The overall finish of the room was clean and modern. This is not a European style hotel like the big brands but it has a good standard in terms of design.
