建物や室内はとても綺麗でリゾート感が満喫出来る。室内の調度品も高級感がありとても良い。館内に広いプールがあり、屋外にアスレチックもあり子供連れに適していた。 ホテルのバイキングは和洋中あるが、日本人の口に合うかは微妙なところ。 部屋は綺麗だと言ったが、土足文化の為フローリング部分はとても砂っぽい。備え付けのスリッパもあるが、ルームシューズを持参すれば更に快適と感じた。 フロントは英語、中国語が話せます。日本語はNG。 また利用したいです。

We'll Be Back!
My wife and I live in Dalian and we enjoy staying at local hotels, especially since the pandemic. We had never stayed at the Golden Pebble Beach area, a part of the Dalian Development Zone, so we decided to make the short trip. The Hilton is massive and is billed as a resort. It certainly has a resort air to it. The photo doesn't really show that the hotel faces the ocean and is just a short walk to the beach. All the rooms have a balcony with a seating area and an overhang providing shade. Our room was spacious and clean. The Hilton promises disinfection of everything, so there are stickers showing what had been specially cleaned, including the tv remote. Even the doors are "sealed" with a disinfection sticker. The staff are especially helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pricey and just average as far as hotel breakfasts go. The Executive lounge had an afternoon tea with petite fours and a Happy Hour with a very decent selection of side dishes--enough to skip dinner. The gym and pool were good though the locker rooms were cramped. Before we left, we had a look at the brand new Hard Rock Hotel right next door. Next time we come to Golden Pebble Beach, we will stay at the Hilton and visit the Hard Rock and then make a hasty retreat back to the more sedate Hilton.

Pretty good, but could use some improvement
The stay all in all was great. Didn’t get a chance to try the executive bar but everything else fit my expectations. Two things weren’t so pleasant took place: 1. The menu said room service should be available 24/7, but I had to order food from elsewhere at 1 am; 2. The bath tub was not clean. It was covered by those little black dust. I had to clean it first before using it. But other than those, it was a good stay!

1. 레스토랑 직원 불친절 매니저 마다 얘기하는 디너 가격이 다르고 불친절함 2. 결혼식 무대 준비로 인한 위험 결혼식 무대 준비를 위한 설비 등이 정원, 1층 로비에 나뒹굴어 통행이 상당히 불편하며 아이들의 안전이 주의가 필요 했음.

We already informed Finance Department to trace your record and actions from hotel side have already been completed. Since the process of handling deposit refund via bank card could be longer than cash refund; under the circumstance cash deposit is preferable. Stayed for four nights with my family. Thought it has its own beach, but it is not. The only good part of the beach (tide pools) is closed off by sea-cucumber farmers. The staff could have more training.

ドアボーイ?エントランスに1人立っているが何をする係かよくわからない。到着時タクシーから降りる時にサポートしてくれるわけでも、バゲージを運んでくれるわけでもないし、夜にオートドアが休止しているにもかかわらず、宿泊客に重いドアを2枚開けさせる。なまじ其処に立っているから、なんの係だろうと思う。孫が可愛いホテルだと喜んでいたから中立の評価。テラスの手すりはあまり掃除されていない。

The hotel is a magnificent architectural structure and the ocean view is wonderful. The reason that I have a favorable opinion of the place was the English speaking staff that I came in contact with. Truthfully speaking, there were some issues that I thought were a little amateurish but the English speaking staff, at least, was helpful and friendly. This hotel is new so I think with some time and more experience the management will be able to iron out the wrinkles. In conclusion, I would stay at this hotel again.

Terrible experience. Crappy resort
First off all, this resort is 1 1/2 away from the airport , so if you want to be semi near it , don't stay here. My mom and I had such a bad experience with this hotel. They switched us to different rooms 2 times within hours because of issues with the rooms . They offered to upgrade our room and allowed me to have an executive suite and have the ability to have unlimited free snacks and drinks . I was happy with this , until I went and got snacks and was scolded by the assistant manager. I had only had 2 cookise earlier that day...and when I went back hours later to get a small salad and small pastry the assistant manager said " you are coming back for more ?" when the offer said unlimited and I didn't even have much! I was so embarrassed. The hotel is too new to have so many issues. They call the engineers about everything because the staff doesn't know basic details to help you. This stay was a nightmare and I would never stay here again. I was told by management before I left , that they would refund me for march 4th because I left they hotel, and told me to contact hotels.com so I could get a refund once I returned home . When I got home , I got a run around and all of the sudden they couldn't get a manager to approve the refund , when there are several walking around that crappy "resort" all day. I wouldn't stay at that place ever again. even if it was free

Beautiful ground and amazing view. This is a fabulous vacation spot with top notch facility and outstanding services. Highly recommended! Location is far from downtown... but that’s why it’s so quite and calm.

Loved this hotel!
This hotel is beautiful and extravagant. It is a new hotel so everything was impeccably clean. There was no lingering smoke smell as is common with many Chinese hotels. Many of the staff member spoke English which was very helpful. The service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is not near centre town at all but is on a beautiful beach in the tourist area. I stayed in November so the beach was closed but in the summer, I imagine it is awesome!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The property is brand new and elegantly decorated. The room service breakfast was on time and delicious. Beautiful sunrise from the ocean view room. The location is not the best as there are no other amenities within walking distance.

Value for money
It's a very big hotel and just about 3 months in operation. It reminded me a bit of the movie Shining since we vere almost the only guests at the time. The cleaning of my room was not good. A lot of hair everywhere and stains on the floor. Beside that, all was good.

Hôtel agréable mais attention aux chambres pour 3
L’hotel est très beau, l’accueil était agréable et le personnel souriant. Les plages environnantes sont les plus jolies que j’ai vu à dalian jusqu’à présent et vraiment faciles d’accès à pied depuis l’hôtel. La piscine est sympa, il y avait peu de monde alors que nous étions dimanche. Le séjour aurait pu être parfait si la chambre pour 3 personnes que nous avons réservé était vraiment une chambre pour 3. En effet la chambre n’était équipée que d’un lit double. Lorsque nous avons demandé des explications on nous a fait comprendre que la chambre que nous avons réservé était effectivement une chambre pour 3... mais avec un seul lit, nous aurions dû payé un supplément pour avoir un 3ème couchage. Après négociations ils ont tout de même accepté de nous fournir gratuitement un lit d’appoint, mais il serait bien de préciser d’avantage l’annonce pour que le problème ne se présente pas à nouveau. Quoique je trouve encore étrange aujourd’hui qu’un hôtel de cette catégorie ose proposer à 3 adultes de dormir dans le même lit. L’expérience aurait pu être amusante mais la nuit certainement peu confortable. D’ailleurs j’ai envoyé un message à hôtel.com à ce sujet, j’attends encore une réponse. Je retournerai prochainement dans cet hôtel mais en réservant seulement des chambres pour 2 personnes cette fois!
