No hacen el aseo diario
Todo en general muy bien pero durante nuestra estancia unicamente hicieron el aseo un día y no estoy segura si hagan cambio de sabanas ya que debajo de las sabanas de mi cama habia un encendedor que me imagino habian olvidado los huespedes anteriores.

En la primera habitacion que nos asignaron no habia agua caliente. Y pagamos un servicio de hotel con desayuno incluido y no sirven desayuno en ese hotel por esa razon siento que me cobraron de mas por el servicio solicitado.

The rooms were dirty, the elevator was broken, the first day they didn’t have breakfast ready till 8 so we had to go the McDonalds because we had to be 20 min away and we couldn’t wait, the next day it was cold and gross . The floor in the room was dirty, and the linens have stains. It was a horrible experience and I’m sad because we have stayed at comfort suites before and they were good.

With the exception of Beza and Sal at the front desk this hotel is by far the worst I have ever been to. AC does not work and I told them and no one came to fix it and good luck if elevator works because that too does not work. I had to to take 5 flights of stairs every time I needed to go out or go back to my room. The room cleanliness is a disaster and the night front desk person was useless. This hotel could be the only hotel available and I would stay in my car rather than staying there

Not a good place to stay
The hotel did not have hot water. The front desk informed me the second night there was no hot water. There was no hot water the first night and just thought maybe it was just too many guests taking showers at once but when we complained about it again they said they haven’t had got water for weeks. Then after my daughter took a cold shower she got her clothes from her side of the bed and they were covered in ants!!! On the second floor!! Ants. Front desk said she couldn’t do anything without a manger which is understandable but I will be contacting them Monday morning

The seat for the office desk inside the room, was not cleaned. It looked like, family with kids stayed there and poured oat meal on the desk but was not observed by the Housekeeping. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The lady at the Front Desk at the time of checking in was excellent.
