Very comfortable bed and pillows, all conveniences are provided by the host who is super attentive and replied immediately with any questions I had. Check in was super easy. The apartment is by a park-like setting with a lake and water falls to walk around, and there are bars/restaurants as well.

Nice place, quiet. Host quick to respond with issues getting access into bldg and garage. Only issue was bad staining of bedroom carpet, but apparently that’s on the process of being replaced. But would stay there again if in Dallas area

The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, and in a great location. I was only there a few days due to finishing a test early and checked out early, management made that early checkout seamless. I would stay here again if I needed to be in the Addison area again.

The location was perfect for our needs for this trip and the building itself was in good condition. T while the kitchen and living area were generally functional and as pictured, the bedroom and bathroom were not clean. The carpet in the bedroom was stained, there were handprints on the walls, the bed frame was fabric and dirty, the closet carpet was stained and fraying, the towels provided were stained, and the shower head and bath faucet were loose with separated caulking. We did not receive check-in information until about 10 minutes before check-in despite reaching out to the host and asking if we could at least get into the building if not the unit since it was raining heavily when we arrived. Thankfully we were able to shelter in the main lobby when we arrived but once we received the check in information, we were instructed not to go in the lobby and had to walk outside in the rain to another entrance. We then found that despite a 3pm check in, they were still cleaning the unit. We were told this was because the previous stay had a late check out despite already communicating with the host that we would be on site just before 3pm. We were then forced to stand in the hallway, due to the rain, until 3:45 when the cleaner told us she was done. As she was leaving and we entered the unit, she informed us there was no toilet paper in the unit and that she would be right back with some. It took >3 hours and messages and a call to the host to get the toilet paper.

This location is away for the noise and crowded areas of Addison/Dallas yet close by for outings. Also close to a nice walking trail. Plan to stay again.

Pros: Great location, easy to access, beautiful apartment! Very clean! Peaceful!! Cons:No coffee(coffee machines in the lobby don’t exist anymore) no spices so if you plan on staying in and preparing your own meals be prepared to make a store run. Overall great experience and would stay again!

My husband and I have a great time. The condo is cozy with great amenities. We cooked an quick bite & breakfast the next morning. We also took a relaxing walk thru the park. Will stay again, thanks so much for a great stay!

My hubby and I stayed here for a little getaway to celebrate a very big milestone accomplishment in our life! The "Fiori Apartments" where we stayed, are situated right on the magnificent Vitruvian Park. Our unit was very clean and truly cozy! Bernedette has beautifully decorated her place with modern, well appointed furnishings. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! The kitchen is well equipped, and ready for any fabulous meal you might like to prepare! The long balcony is shaded by great trees and we enjoyed relaxing there in the evening after we returned from our daily excursions. The building is very secure and quiet. There are also many places throughout the Fiori that you can explore to enjoy yourself! There are multiple pools, different lounges (which all included big screen TV's) indoors and outdoors and there's even a well placed coffee/espresso machine available to guest for that quick caffeine pick me-up! We also took several long strolls through Vitruvian park, which by the way, is truly beautiful! We look forward to staying here again, and I highly recommend Bernedette's place at the Fiori to all looking for a great, upscale place to stay whether it's a long or short visit!
