The home can use a deep clean but overall it was clean and ready for us. Biggest issue was the pool area. Several places have tile that is broken or missing. The landscape needs attention with a lot of weeds. Grill and smoker were unusable because they had not been cleaned in quite some time. Also lots of leafs and dirt on the patio and outdoor furniture. It didn’t appear that the outside was prepped for our stay. This may be because it is early in the pool season. Communication with the owner was great before we arrived. But she missed my message on the day we arrived. Nothing vital but not expected.

This was perfect for us and our team! Spacious, great beds, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking! We really looked forward to spent some time outside but it rained our whole trip. But beautiful backyard!

We hosted Grandpa’s 91st birthday get together at this home with family and friends coming from all around to celebrate! The large open spaces, pool, kitchen and many bedrooms were just what we needed and all had a great time. The host was responsive and helpful. Thanks!

I booked this house for me and my friends to celebrate my 40th Birthday. Check-in was smooth. As I walked around to see the house before all guest arrived i noticed a dirty towel on the floor in one of the bathrooms. The pool was also very dirty. I reached out to the host and she came right over and addressed the issues. Problem 3: Once guests arrived and got settled we tried to watch some television and no shows were about to come in due to poor wifi. I reached out once again to the host who said to reset the modem and it might fix the problem, which it didn’t at that moment. I explained to her that we really need the wifi to be working due to a guest having a podcast interview. She explains about the modem and if we pretty much didn’t like the house we could leave. We just wanted what was publicized on her VRBO add for the house. Problem 4: 1st night and the next day (morning) we didnt have hot water. Host was very rude and never wanted to take Accountability for her house not being up to par. When trying to explain to her our frustration and how inconvenienced we have been she tried to seem as if we were attacking her and told her that we should leave. We all came from out of state. Backyard had so many overgrown weeds and shrubs. The pool tiles were broken and you can tell they were very old. Pool water didnt filter very well. Woke up to about a foot of water out of the hot tub. Patio door handle broke off because of an old screw. This was an Unpleasant stay.

The property was clean and the owner was responsive to questions. The rooms were comfortable and the location was close to the city. We used the pool quite a bit. The outside could use some attention. Tiles were falling off the pool and the landscaping was overgrown. All in all, we had a good trip.

The location was perfect for us. Three generations met to celebrate the 30th birthday of son. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. The spa needs some repairs and, I think because we were very early in the season, the pool needed to be cleaned. We had a couple other minor issues like a stopped shower drain, but the host was very responsive and my husband was able to unstop the drain so all was well. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely go back.

I rented this VRBO for our annual New Years Family Reunion. Our group of 11 ranged from 72 yrs to 6 yrs and everyone had a great time. There was plenty of room and the pool and hot tub made a great trip even better. We were close to everything we wanted, including restaurants and entertainment. And the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas!

10 kids and 4 supervising dads needed a place to stay for a national basketball tournament in Dallas - and boy did we find a great place! Diana was so quick with communications and support and the place was perfect for our team's central "base" for the week. The pool was such a great blessing to come back to in those warm July weeks in Dallas. Big thanks, Diana!

My fiance and I celebrated our joint bachelor/bachelorette party with our close friends here. We wanted a more mellow get together but somewhere we could have multiple people staying. This place was absolutely perfect! Everyone was comfortable and it was so close to great food and bars. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our group and would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed at Diana’s place to relax and enjoy some family time while we were in Dallas playing softball with our daughter! Her place was just perfect! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family of six! The pool was kept clean and Diana was so accommodating and easy to communicate with during our stay! We will definitely be coming back when we are in Dallas visiting.

Diana is one of the best hostess ever! I was well informed before, during and after my stay. The property was stunning, comfortable, clean and most importantly felt like home for my family visiting from out of town. It was fully stocked with cold drinks, pots and pans for cooking and plenty of clean towels for everyone! Neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. The check in and check out process was a breeze and will be looking forward to staying with her again. Thanks Diana!

Went to Texas for a golf trip with 15 people. This place had plenty of room to accommodate us all. Good sized rooms, perfect patio to hangout on with the TV and pool right there. Nice quiet neighborhood, the house was very clean. Would definitely recommend, and host was very responsive and easy to work with. Will stay again next time in Dallas

Great house for our weekend! Everything was as-pictured. We had 8 girls, and the living space was perfect for hanging out. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Bedding was comfortable, and everyone slept well! The host was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were both simple! Neighborhood felt very safe!

This was such an amazing house for my daughter and her bridal party for the Last Disco weekend. The pictures don’t do this place justice!! It had everything you could need and Diana the host was so helpful anytime I called to ask a questions! The neighborhood is really nice and a great location!

When I 1st opened the door, my initial reaction was "this will be perfect for the week". Lot's of space and amenities. Sleeping conditions were great. Plenty of clean towels for everyone. Washer/Dryer came in handy. Lot's of dishes and wine glasses. ;) Love the Keurig! First VRBO stay due to a family emergency. Hopefully get to come back during the summer months to make use of the pool/spa. Diana, you were great. Thanks for checking on us and making our stay worry-free.
