The staff were terrible they kept harassing you, they want you to pay at the front & not online because they pocket extra $. They don’t show any signs for deposit or let you know they check out policy if you pay online. Extra fees, terrible rooms, the lock broke on my room as well as faulty wiring & terrible sewer problem you can also smell. Only thing offered is coffee, 1st come 1st serve since they only have 1 thermal pot out. Hot & stinky inside.

They gave me smoking room and when I requested non smoking they said I have to pay additional $10. I requested some towels they told me to put dirty towels outside by my door and they will replace my dirty towels. When I got back to hotel I saw they didn’t give me clean towel so I went to housekeeping and they gave me towels.

If you need a place to stay and if you get a cheap rate, then this hotel is for you. From that perspective it’s a fair deal.

The place was falling apart. Nothing appeared to be maintained. Cigarette burns on the floor in what we were told was the non smoking room. The odor throughout the building was horrible. The TV remote did not match and the cc was stuck on. Found dog feces on the steps. The lock on the door did not work properly. The laundry facilities were out of order. The ice machine upstairs was out of order. The bed sheets were stained. The phone was ripped out of the wall. There were notable holes in the walls. Should I continue? Never again.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place
I’ve stayed here before years ago. Was fine. NEVER again! Drugs sold all night all manner of people going in and out ALL night right next to my room.

I've stayed at this location several times in the past. This weekend was the worst. The room i was given was dirty and there was only two towels. I went to the front desk the next morning, nut was told to get towels from housekeeping. Housekeeping told me they could only exchange towels, meaning i could get washcloths unless i exchanged. I tried to explain i never had any to exchanged.

I stayed in a room where it was supposed to be none smoking, but it smelled like smoke, The shower floor had a nasty stain in it , The room when you first open the door had a stench in it, People were in and out at the back door where the pool is, like it was a Trap/Dope house, Police was calling out for a disturbing, I couldn’t sleep with all the noise from the people that was on top of me, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for a stay

It is an alright place to stay. The weekends get really live in this hotel and a little loud.But during the weekdays it's all good. They will be at your door by check out if you don't pay before 11am. So pay.

They gave me a filthy room upon initially arriving and I can’t stress how nasty the hotel is. DEFINITELY won’t be staying here again.

Staff will allow you to be assaulted to many woman are dying from domestic violence not been allowed to have a voice to speak nor ask for help because their been silenced. I was told if I called the police I would be asked to leave and I paid for a room and it was in my name. The room I was giving was a complete mess someone else's hair was in my bed sockets from the plugs where hanging off unsafely mold inside tub and toilet just a mess

No one present at the front desk having to call the phone number is what alerted the front Dess staff calling the front Dess to inform them that I’d like to extend they pick up the phone and they hang it up. I called again they pick up the phone and they hang up again.

The condoms on the side walk near the side entrance, the syringes beside my car in the morning, the pimp waiting inside the lobby at 2AM as I checked out, The tile floor in the bathroom room unsafe, no longer bonded to floor, the tile raised up 3/4 inch be tub. The sparse furniture which looks re-purposed for the night stand and tv stand. Typical M-6, and my last stay at a Motel 6.

One of my favorite motel 6's in DF
The hotel staff are some of the nicest I have ever met. I have stayed in hotels for the better part of the past 10 years for various reasons and this group of people are very good at their jobs. In no time was I ever talked down upon or talked beyond so that I did not understand. My only issue is that I would really like to see a daily printout of my charges instead of all at the end. That particular request is to every hotel these days not just this one. The place was quiet clean but for some reason the pool area is closed which is unfortunnate the location of the hotel doesn't have much to do besides eat and I'm from Dallas. Over all a great stay the rooms are very spacious very clean and you get a small drinks fridge and microwave included along with a two person table to eat at which is fixed to the wall.

This was a complete waste of money. Expedia should be ashamed to have them on their site. The TV was hanging on the wall with electrical tape, vulgar profanity etched in the furniture and mirror. The staff did not care and was in no way accommodating when we told them the heater didn't work, and told me to wait for it to heat up and we returned to the desk an hour later to ask them to check it thru told me to speak with mgmt in the AM. I showed pictures of my complaints and nothing was addressed. Very very disappointed and will be speaking with Motel 6 corporate offices ASAP! We drove 4 1/2 hrs and had no other options. I will never patronize another Motel 6 establishment EVER!
