Eclipse family trip
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home in quiet neighborhood close to markets and restaurants. The house was well stocked with supplies for cooking in, and the hosts left thoughtful snacks and coffee.wonderful stay!

Top notch
Great communication and customer service. They went above and beyond… We left an IPad by accident and they helped track it down, package, and send back to us. All with a great attitude and expediency. Property is great with tons of little “extras”.

Super clean and great location!
Stayed here for a quick getaway for the weekend. Great location. Located in the middle of everything we were doing! Super clean and the owner thought of all the little things to help make the stay very comfortable! Appreciated the little snacks, makeup remover, coffee and all the necessities. Thanks for having us!

Roomy and Clean
The property inside is immaculate, furnished well, and roomy. Everything that you think you need, Brandy has supplied. It was just like being home. She even left facial wash, body wash, and extra toothbrushes (if you left yours as my daughter did). The snacks were nice, too. I will definitely be using this property again when in Dallas.

Wonderful House
This is by far one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of little touches made our visit perfect. We enjoyed being able to spend time with our grandchildren in a safe environment. The attention to detail showed the owners cared about our stay. We look forward to staying again when we visit our grandchildren.

Best ever VRBO experience
We have used VRBO for 20 years. This was the best experience we have had. Property was better than pictures showed, host was super responsive, and the amenities were outstanding. Can't recommend this property highly enough.

Greatest VRBO
Great and very generous home owners. I couldn’t believe that they made sure all The little extras like k -cups for coffee, detergent, bathroom supplies and much more were provided by them. Well appointed clean home
I stayed here with my family while visiting Dallas for a wedding. This house worked out perfectly. The check in process was very easy and instructions about the house were clear and easy to follow. Little things we appreciated were the plenty of hangers in the closets, and the extra toiletries in the bathrooms. It’s always nice to find lotion, Qtips, and body wash! Whenever I had to communicate the Brandy, the host, she was quite quick to respond to offer clarification or whatever it is I needed. We would definitely stay in this rental again!

Comfy Carrollton Get-Away!
A very cozy stay for friends and family! Comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and lovely backyard! Very high on my list of places to stay next time I'm in the area!

Everything You Need
The home was very clean and in a safe location. The host did a great job thinking of all the extras to provide, and organized everything in an easy to find way. We appreciated the toys & games available for our kids to play with (they are already asking for a foosball table for Christmas). We came during a major heatwave—109° and the house was very comfortable and cool inside. We were able to enjoy the backyard a little in the mornings before the sun became too much. A neighbor a few doors down the street was having a large estate sale during our entire stay. This did create quite a bit of traffic and cars parking along the somewhat narrow street. This was out of the hosts control, and we were thankful to be able to park in the back of the house. The back gate was a bit difficult to close/secure. It would have been great if there was a way to lock the home from the back door exit so that when leaving the property we didn’t have to drive to the front to pick up the person locking the home. Just an update to consider in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Great house, especially if you’re a family traveling with kids.

Excellent property
We came in town to visit family that live a street over, so this house was in the perfect location to walk between houses. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! We loved the extra coffee and the kids loved the snacks provided. The beds were very comfortable. The location is very convenient to highways and poplar attractions in the Colony. We will definitely book again!

Great neighborhood, great house
This house was amazing. It was immaculately clean and the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood was easy to navigate, super quiet, and filled with trees. My kids enjoyed going to the small water park nearby and my husband and I enjoyed a great local coffee shop. The little touches, like plenty of extra blankets and towels and a huge washer and dryer, were added bonuses.

Hockey Weekend
My daughter and a team mate had a Team USA Hockey development camp in Valley Ranch, and this house was a quick 15-20 minute drive to the rink. Two dads and two 16 yr olds fir perfect in this home. Everything was as advertised….new appliances, ample parking, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. In house guest book answered any questions and property manager made our late night check-in easy. Check out for a 6am DFW flight was seamless as well. The location was in a nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors who said good morning every day.Thank you for a great weekend!

Great family stay
The house is in a cute well-manicured neighborhood with trails and a nice playground for children. The house was immaculate, very well stocked with everything you could need, and worked out perfectly for my family- we had 2 couples and a toddler. There was plenty of room for all of us and the bunk bed was a hit with my toddler. There were toys and books for her and a few things in the backyard as well to keep her busy which we very much appreciated :) Between the basketball hoop, trampoline and slide, she was kept entertained. For people with children: there’s a nice playground about a 20-min walk through the neighborhood (5 min drive). The little park is nice & shaded and a trail runs through it as well. Overall, this was likely the most well stocked house we’ve ever stayed in and we thoroughly enjoyed the place :)

Awesome property!
This property was incredible. The house is so cute. It was in a great location for our activities. The house had everything you could think of. If you are traveling with an infant, it had a pack n play, high chair and toys. They provided waters, coffee, nice soaps and plenty of towels. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Highly recommend this property!

The BEST stay!
We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate! The owners really put a lot of thought into their future guests! There was a fully stocked coffee bar with snacks for adults and children, which was super important to us since we have 4 kids! I think we found our forever home away from home when we visit family up north! 10/10!

Exquisite Accommodations!
This property had the best accommodations of any of our recent stays! From the description of the property, to the small intangibles! Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms to start. The bedrooms were immaculate and the living spaces amazing. If we could give it more than 5 stars we would! Would definitely book again if in the DFW!!

Great host and many unexpected extras!

Great space for family get together
This house was perfect for our family to use as we all gathered in Dallas for a memorial service. The main bedroom with a king bed had lots of space for a pac n play for our infant and a large closet that fit a twin mattress for our toddler. (We took the mattress off the top of the bunk bed) Even the sofa bed was comfortable for two adults. We loved the kids toys and cornhole game that were provided. During down time, we relaxed on the porch, played on the grass and chatted. This property is the only one of this size that we found in the area without a pool. (Our toddler is still learning to swim and we weren’t comfortable with pools that were not fenced). The washer, dryer, and iron worked well. This was the most well organized, labeled, and stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Snacks, coffee pods, and waters helped us to avoid a trip to the store after traveling all day. The pac n play and high chair were clean.

Baby shower
We came to Dallas with my best friend, sister and her husband to celebrate our son's first baby shower. Home was immaculate. Exactly as described, so many extra amenities, coffee, tea, snacks, everything in the kitchen was labeled. My husband loved the shower! Comfortable beds. Overall, great experience, will return soon!!!

Great place to stay
Wonderful place to stay in the Dallas area! Had all the amenities you would need, more than any place I have stayed before. From coffee and tea to bathroom essentials, it was a nice touch. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the warm sunshine. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet and perfect for small kids
This was our second stay in this lovely home. Now with two small children, it was a pleasure to stay in such a clean, quiet and well appointed home. The owner definitely goes the extra mile to make sure our stay was pleasant. The coffee and tea bar and snacks for the kids were a nice touch. Since our first visit some toys have been added and our kids were thrilled to have a small trampoline, basketball goal and slide to play with during our stay. It made a huge difference after a day of traveling! The property is in a very well maintained older neighborhood that is super quiet and we feel very safe in the home. The owner has installed exterior lighting, security camera and ring door bell. We spent some time outside watching the airplanes with our 4 year old and just enjoying the neighborhood. The owner is super responsive and the towels, bedding and furnishings are very good quality. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Fantastic Dallas Stay
We could not have loved this amazing house more! It was perfectly decorated, furnished, and not a single helpful amenity was forgotten (detergents, paper towels, baggies, bathroom items and so much more!!) we will most certainly stay again when we are in the area! Location was perfect as well- lots of shopping/restaurants - very safe area.

Amazing property
This house has upscale appliances and mattresses. I’ve never slept any better than I did in the masters suite. It was perfect. Brandy was quick to respond to my questions. I wouldn’t mind building a house like this one. It was a wonderful place to have guests over. We were there for a family reunion and were able to have family back to “our place” to continue the get together. Sooo much better than a hotel room. Highly recommended!!

Perfect, clean, comfy and convenient
This property is a wonderful example of what a VRBO should be! Soooo Clean! Very well stocked with extra towels and supplies. The bedding is so soft and the towels plush and cozy. My mother traveled with us and was so impressed with the beds and how comfortable the furniture was in the home. This has obviously just been remodeled and the neighborhood is very quiet, by far the most peaceful place we've stayed in DFW so far. Everything was in working order and even labeled for easy access. The owner even went above and beyond and left snacks and juice boxes for my toddler! I had a couple of questions during our stay and the owner was very quick in responding. If this is available during our future trips, we will not hesitate to book again!
