Blown away!
Every little detail was so well-thought out and placed! Highly recommend to anyone. My family and I usually stay in the state park cabins on Mt. Nebo but this trip totally changed our minds! We sincerely thank Brett and Kimberly for sharing their beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

Spectacular Views! Experience of Wonder!
The main purpose of our trip was to have a location for family to view the solar eclipse. This house offered that and so much more. Clean and comfortable, with direct access to hiking trails, sunrises, sunsets, and all of the amazing nature gifts that central Arkansas offers, and yet, close enough to Dardanelle and Russellville to have access to groceries, gas and creature comforts! Brett and Kimberly were so helpful and responsive-excellent hosts! We would return to this slice of paradise for sure!

Perfect retreat
We can't recommend this home enough. We spent Thanksgiving week here with our extended family and had a perfect visit. The house is sparkling clean, beautiful, and comfortable. From the cozy blankets for the couches to the large closets to the well-stocked kitchen, there was absolutely everything we needed. The views are stunning; we watched the sunrise every morning. Brett and Kimberly were excellent hosts, responding to every message immediately. They even allowed us to host a large Thanksgiving dinner at the place and were incredibly gracious. This is the perfect place to spend a night or a week.

From making the reservation to opening the front door was easy as pie. Instructions are clear and answer all questions you might have plus a few more. My reviews are truthful. The home is lovely. You are generously supplied with all you would need and it is spotless. The owner's travel photographs are hung through out the home and we enjoyed looking at all of them. Only problem we had was having to leave too soon. Had a wonderful time.

Young at Heart - Girls Weekend
This is a lovely home, as shown on the VRBO website. This was by far the best equipped home we have stayed in down to little details that made our stay so enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped with great cooking pots and pans and baking pans and lots of spices all organized and easy to find. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets for a great nights rest. And the views from this home were spectacular. Our group of 7 had lots of room to enjoy each others company both inside the home and on the outside balconies. I can't say enough about all the details that made our stay very pleasant. Thanks Brett and Kimberly. We had a great time.

Amazing view, amazing stay
The views from the property are everything! The place was spotless and included all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked including spices and coffee. It was well decorated and the kids loved the games set up in the garage. They also have a trash can full of deer feed and they encourage you to feed the deer while there. Every dusk we had about 12 deer come right up to the front yard to eat! There are walking trails right off the backyard and the pool is just a short walk. Brett was great at communicating and very attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking place
House is beautiful. View from balconies is spectacular. Wonderful place to stay. Trip up the mountain is an adventure in itself (especially on a motorcycle). Loved it.

Best rental property we’ve ever had! Unbeatable views, extremely clean and cozy!
Great experience from booking to check in to our stay. The house has more amenities than any other rental property. Amazing views off the deck with the trail running right through the back yard! Will absolutely be back.

Mt Nebo
Spring Break brought a rainy cold front but we had a great time relaxing and playing games until the weather cleared. Beautiful views, well furnished, everything we wanted in a vacation rental. Walmart even delivered groceries up the mountain and saved us a trip into town! Will be looking to return again.

Best Hidden Gem
This house and it’s location was so beautiful. My family and I did our first get away Christmas here during the cold storm that went across the US. Fortunately we drove up the mountain before the weather hit and left after it passed so we were able to experience it on top of the mountain in this beautiful home. The multiple fireplaces kept us cozy and the owner was very attentive if needed. Being from Louisiana, the weather and the mountain top was a dream for us that we don’t get to experience often. We will be back!!

Hidden Gem
We’ve vacationed around this area several times, but totally missed Mt. Nebo. This is a hidden gem! Beautiful home with a view that is unbelievable! Girls Weekend Hiking
We enjoyed ourselves at Brett’s house. He responded to all my questions before we arrived. Made sure we had everything we needed. Even gave us some tips on which trails would be good for us. The views from the house were fabulous. We all loved sitting out on the deck with the fire table. We made fires in the fire place at night and hiked and explored during the day. The kitchen had all the utensils and spices you might need even though we packed and brought food and spices. He even supplied a welcome basket. I hope to return with my family in the future. Thank you for hosting us. We are so thankful!

Perfect place for weekend getaway!
I've been using vacation rentals a lot so far and this property was the best! There was nothing to complain about it. All my family and friends loved it. As an MTB rider, I think I will be back there again soon!

Perfect Location and Beautiful Home
Our stay was perfect! The home is even more beautiful than in the pics! The host was very responsive when we had any questions. The house is very well stocked and has everything that you might need. My favorite was the swing. The swing was used by someone or the other from our group the whole time. The sunrise from the deck was amazing! We will definitely try to come back to this same house. We all loved it!!

Beautiful house on rim trail!
Amazing views, well stocked, plenty of beds and linens. The house had everything we needed, and was very clean and orderly. We love sitting on the decks after hiking and enjoying the views. Even the patio had tons of furniture for our group. The owners were great at communicating and checking in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to come back!

Awesome views
Awesome views, well stocked kitchen and very, very comfortable beds. If you love the sunrise, this is your place. Beautiful light every morning comes streaming through. The weather did not cooperate with us except one day to give us a crystal clear view due to high humidity. Owner had binoculars available which was a great perk. Loved the hiking to the waterfall.

Awesome stay on Mt Nebo
We had a wonderful time staying on this property. The house is nicely decorated and has all the comforts of home. The outdoor spaces were designed and equipped for maximum enjoyment while hanging outside to enjoy the spectacular views. The family enjoyed the hiking trails and pool area and the kids had so much fun feeding the deer that wandered into the yard every day. We hope to return to this amazing property!

Paradise in the clouds

All the amenities in a stunning natural setting
Our family of 7 had an amazing stay at this VRBO. There were no problems finding the house and even though we arrived late the house was warm and welcoming and we felt at home right away. So many furnishings and amenities … more than any other vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. We cooked, we baked, we grilled and didn’t need to supply any of our own kitchen items. Then we had our pick of beautiful dining spots to choose from — the large table on the deck overlooking the lush green valley below was our favorite. The beds and furniture were so nice to relax in after a long day of activities. We hiked and biked right from the front door and never needed to get in our car for the entire 4 day visit. This VRBO is perfect for a romantic getaway, for a multi-family gathering, for hardcore mountain bikers, for bird watchers and nature lovers, hikers and anyone who could use an escape from the everyday. Can’t think of anything that could make it better.

unique getaway
This place is as lovely as the photos. It's within the Mt. Nebo State Park and situated right along the rim trail. The house is clean, comfortable, and has remarkable views. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware and spices. This made for a really fun and relaxing getaway.

Wonderful views and wonderful location
We had an excellent time at this location celebrating New Years. A beautiful location with amazing views. I especially loved the deck, fire pit, and the bed swing the most. I would highly recommend staying in this location and we want to stay again. Thank you for the hospitality, cleanliness, and the prompt communication. Wonderful hosts.

Brett was extremely communicative and responsive, and the house was absolutely amazing - perfect location, wonderful amenities, and everything you could ask for. Amazing vacation home!!!
Great home. Wonderful views. Everything you need is there., just bring food and your clothes. You need nothing else. Very spacious,! Big swing overlooking the mountain was amazing. Wildlife everywhere, got a video of a buddy about 5 foot from a dear trying to hand feed with corn. Owner of the property gave me his personal phone number if there was ever any problems but was none. Owner of this home wants you to have a great stay. Can’t go wrong staying here. Communication with home owner before trip, during and after the stay was wonderful. 100% satisfied with this property and the owner! Will stay there again in the future!! Thank you again Sir for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!!

Fantastic mountain top getaway for body, mind and soul!
We had the opportunity to stay at Brett's gorgeous mountain top home this Labor Day weekend and it exceeded our expectations on multiple fronts! Our host Brett, also the owner of the home, was very gracious and welcoming and great to communicate with and kept in touch to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location is great, with the house perched at the top of Mt Nebo in the woods and at the edge of the cliff with spectacular views of the green, verdant valley, the Arkansas river and Lake Dardanelle. The view is great and it's worth waking up early to catch sunrise over the mountains and the valley. Deer stop by and you can set out feed that is provides so they stay a while. You are right on the rim trail and can get out to hike or ride very easily and the community pool and park visitor center are walking distance. It's quiet and secluded yet close enough to town. The house itself is fantastic. It's tastefully decorated, upscale and very comfortable and clean. Comfy beds and couches, 2 living areas, a large patio with plenty of space to gather or spread out comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with basic spices, equipment etc. to whip up a great meal. We grilled out on the patio and it was wonderful eating out with view and the sounds of the woods. You will have to duke it out for space on the hanging bedswing on the second floor patio...prime real estate with the best view and ambiance! We would love to come back! Thanks.
