Disappointing, not recommended
Our booking from this place was a major disappointment. The place was hard to find and even asking tricycle drivers nearby didn’t help, it was on a very steep road and a sketchy neighborhood. When we arrived, the place was not clean and definitely not ready for check-in. The AC wasn’t working, there were water leaks ants and mold in the jacuzzi area, and a missing doorknob; the place was nothing like the listing. We contacted the host and it was her husband that came and fixed the AC, he offered us cleaning, but said it was not guaranteed and might not be available until the next day. Due to these unsafe conditions and my health condition, we did not stay there and had to book a hotel. The host's husband promised a refund when we spoke in person, but his wife later refused when I followed up with her online claiming we declined cleaning. We've provided photos and message logs to Vrbo and have an active case open.
