True Advertising
The condo was lovely with amazing amenities. Very quiet but it was too far from trails, eateries, and other things to do. Had to drive everywhere and there was no view but there was a nice deck.Again very nice but just didn’t include some of the logistics I had hoped for. This was not our first time at Canaan but our first time at this property. Beware, there are steps from parking lot to unit but condo is one floor.

Follow a New Trail
Enjoyed a weekend away in Davis, WV. Was a ladies getaway to get out and hike and see some waterfalls and we did! The condo at Beaver Ridge was in the perfect location to all the spots to explore. Easily accessible and enjoyed the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen held all we needed. And the porch was lovely in the mornings as we drank our coffee. We loved the selection of books and puzzles for the evening hours.

Great place
I stayed here with my son for a ski trip. This place was really lovely. Comfortable and had everything we needed. The Keurig machine and Kcups are a particularly generous feature. It was great to have an in-unit washer too. My son appreciated the smart TV. Communication with the host was absolutely top-notch. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in the mountains.
The condo was very nicely furnished and everything worked well. The property manager was very punctual and supportive when we had questions. It is a bargain compared to most other places in the Valley, although it only sleeps 4. Close to all winter attractions in the area. This was our second time we rented it. Highly recommended.

Great condo, great location.
The condo was very nice. We were spending time in both the ski slopes and the towns of Davis/Thomas. This complex is centrally located between the two. A few snacks and coffees provided a little something extra. It was nice having a fire after a long day on the slopes and being out and about.

Peak Fall Color
We timed our visit to be at peak fall color, and we were not disappointed! The condo was easy to find, well situated between the two state parks. We appreciated the two bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen was well-appointed, with thoughtful coffee and snacks. We would definitely recommend staying here and will choose this place again next year.

Bumby start
Getting in was a bit bumby, code didn't work ,couldn't get a hold of manager, but all worked out well after contacting VRBO. The condo was nice with plenty of extras , manager contacted in the morning to apologize for mishap all was fine in the end. Great day of relaxing and exploring Saturday and Sunday. Was a bit rainy Sunday but still enjoyed exploring

Beautiful condo and quiet location close to everything
I loved this condo and the location was perfect. The pool was refreshing and loved how close it was to the resort where my conference was, and Davis and Thomas for the quant shops. Loved how the host had everything from coffee, pancake mix, and snacks. Would stay here again. Did not want to leave.

Great resort
My fiancé, 2 year old and I made a trip to blackwater for the weekend and had a great time. It was SO nice that everything you would need was provided. Ketchup, basic seasonings, pots, pans, cups, keurig, towels, shampoo and body wash. First aid kits! The only downfall of the trip was that the pool rules said no kids in diapers allowed. We didn’t know until after we were in the pool, but we didn’t stay long anyhow and that rule has nothing to do with the lister herself- just a heads up if you bring a little one! We would absolutely stay here again if we made another trip down. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Everything was so easy! Not too far from town.

Cute apartment, but needs cleaned better
We had a wonderful stay in West Virginia. The location of the condo is great, just outside of town. We used both the pool and the basketball court and both were excellent. The condo was not clean though. Specifically we found trash/ money under the couch. The shower had hair in it, and under one of the twin beds was tons of trash and a dirty plate and knife. The plate and knife were disgusting, we didn’t find it until the second day but if we were to have saw it immediately we would’ve left. Pleasant condo, but cleaning is definitely lacking.

Wonderful Mountain Weekend
This vbro is exactly as described in the description and photos. I highly recommend visiting if you are interested in hiking in MD, PA or WV. From an amenities perspective this is primarily an outdoorsy place, lots of kayaking, hiking, rock climbing and skiiing, but you will also find cute restaurants and coffee shops in the loval Davis town five miles up the road. Overall the property was clean and well decorated. I also want to note that this home owner does a great job of supplying snacks, coffee, tea and water!

Comfortable and quiet place to stay
Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We had everything we needed. Appliances were in good condition and everything worked. Check in and check out directions were clear and easy to follow. The host left a book with useful information about the area. We hiked in Dolly Sods and went to dinner in Thomas (nearby town), which was more appealing to us than Davis.

Weekend Getaway
Although we didn't spend much time at the property, it was lovely! Quiet surroundings. Not really hard to find, if your GPS isn't confused!? Close to Canaan adventures and Blackwater Falls. For the outdoorsy adventurer, this place is perfect! Although an iron & ironing board would've been convenient, this condo lacks NOTHING else. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect location for Canaan Valley and Timberline, Blackwater Falls, Dolly Sods. Well stocked kitchen if you plan to do some cooking. Comfy beds.

We love our family weekend getaways, and top on my list is a clean and inviting place to stay. This property was just that for us, and all of the little extras were such a nice addition. Wood was provided for the fireplace, along with snacks / waters / juices / coffees / teas. Too many to actually list! Wonderful stay!

This property is not large but fit our family of four extremely well. It had a great location near skiing, had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, was very clean and had easy to follow directions. The wieners are also conscientious and have given a lot of thought into making stays more enjoyable.

Cozy and Great Amenities
This condo is very cozy and the owners have put a lot of thought into making it a good experience for their guests. All necessities are provided such as a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, detergents, lotions, etc. They even included some coffee, tea, snacks, juices, and waters for us to enjoy during our stay. We take a yearly trip to the area and this has been our favorite place to stay so far. The addition of the fireplace and provided firewood were also great. I highly recommend this booking.

Glad we found this nice 2bed/2bath to stay at. It had everything we needed and when we stayed in all day because it snowed we had Netflix to watch. The host was quick to respond to our questions too. I would stay there again!

Perfect Spot!
Beech Bunny is a conveniently located, adorable mountain getaway! You can easily access the local towns, attractions and outdoor activities. The property is cozy, clean and well maintained. We felt at home and safe. We can’t wait to return :)

Blackwater Falls
This was a great place for us to stay. We were there for a week to see Blackwater Falls and hike in the area. Blackwater Falls and numerous other trails are easily accesible from this site. We will definitely look for this property the next time we plan to stay in the area.

Amazing Getaway
This was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway, we were just looking for some quiet time away from normal life and that’s exactly what we got! The room was amazing with all of the little extra touches, the pool and tennis court was close to the establishment, but not so close that the peaceful scenery was disrupted. Great location between Blackwater Falls and Seneca Rocks, but not in the middle of all the hustle. I would recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway!

Home Base for the Outdoors
This property came exactly as promised. In fact, some of the features I'd forgotten about (2nd bathroom, TVs in the bedrooms) came in very handy during our stay with our teenage granddaughter. The location allowed us to easily visit Seneca Rocks, Smoke Hole Caverns, Blackwater Falls State Park and Canaan Valley Resort. The only thing less than perfect was the weather (rained or threatened most days), but even then, we swam in the pool or played games inside. The rain kept us from getting to the top of Seneca Rocks or riding the ski lift at Canaan Valley so we have reason to come back!

MUST STAY! Excellent!!
This condo was so great! It was very well stocked in the kitchen, the decor was modern and cultured with lovely art throughout. It was perfect for we needed. But the highlight of our vacation was our host!! Rebecca was THE BEST host I’ve ever dealt with! She made our trip amazing! She took fantastic care of us. She was available at any time we needed her and swiftly took care of any issues we came across. I would definitely stay at her condo again!!

It's the little things that mean a lot.
This property owner does the little things that make her property stand out. She leaves a welcome basket. She checks in to make sure you made it and asks if you need anything. She responds right away to any issues. She has body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms. She has the place decorated so cute too. She checks in afterwards as well.

Perfect Stay

Great Location. Excellent Hostess!
Rebecca was a gracious host! The kitchen was stocked with all necessities (spices, coffee, sugar, condiments, even wine!) The directions in the welcome binder were helpful and straightforward. The inside is much nicer than the outside, so don’t let the outside fool you. The location was great to several hikes in the area and state parks. We recommend Lindy Point for sunset and the views atop Senica Rocks and Spruce Knob :) Dolly Sods is not worth the drive, unless you are planning an overnight backpacking trip. Not much to eat in town (and really random hours) so we suggest stopping by Shop and Save to make meals at the condo. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Beautiful
April 18-21 My husband and I stayed here to get the lay of the land for our daughter's upcoming wedding. The area is beautiful. Our first night we got an unexpected 6 inches of snow. It was amazing to see the mountains and trees covered. Blackwater Falls is a gorgeous place. We only went on a few trails( snow and then mud) but we had a fun few days Rebecca, the condo was so cute and homey. Very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for the welcome wine and checking in to make sure we made safely.😊 The Roushes

Cozy and convenient place to stay
After a two-night backpacking trip in Dolly Sods Wilderness, my friends and I enjoyed staying here. It was quiet, cozy and clean. Rebecca is a responsive host and always kept us in the loop. The place is stocked with games and sports equipment (tennis raquets and a football) and has a fireplace. It's conveniently located for pretty much all season activities (hiking, kayaking, skiing). Would stay here again. Thanks!
