Was a freshly renovated room. I had to find an offsite property to collect the key which was not mentioned when booking.

The bed was nice and comfortable. Rooms were a little loud and could hear other people walking around from your room. Shower would turn hot or cold during your shower and had to keep changing the setting. Nice and clean.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, the only 2 things I would say are negative are there is no toaster for making breakfast, so if you don’t eat cereal and you are trying to save money by not eating out every meal this is a problem, the other issue we found is the shower is affected when people in other units use their water, so you can be in a hot shower and get a freezing cold one the next minute, but other than those two things, it’s a lovely place

Eleven was incredibly affordable for the area. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Has everything you need and in the perfect location. Easy check in and out process.

Eleven is a seperate block of rooms mamaged by the Royal hotel in Daylesford. Modern fitout and room a bit like a mini apartment
