Quite good, nice staff
It was great that arriving very late that day they gave us a superior room instead of ours as it was available, just for free, no extra charge. Nice room service. Very clean.

Cheap clean and good
A hotel placed close to the main train station. And close ti main Bazar Road with lots of shopping experiences. Breakfast is not much to explore. Soundproofing is non existent. But a hotel to recommend if you want a good, clean, cheap hotel with relatively good service in New Delhi.

この価格としては期待していた以上に良い印象です。 スタッフの対応は丁寧で、チェックインはスムーズにできました。 基本的なアメニティはそろっており、ペットボトルも2本付いています。部屋は清潔感があり、快適に眠れました。 不満点を挙げると、TVが付かない、バスルームの換気扇が動かない、電気のボタンがたくさんあるが、どの機器、照明に対応しているのか分からないといったところです。 いずれもそれほど大きな問題とは思いませんでした。 立地はニューデリー駅からすぐ近くで便利な所です。 大通り沿いなので迷うこともありませんでした。

I picked this hotel because of it’s proximity to the Railway Station. The train trips I booked all seemed to leave early in the morning & it was a short 2 minute walk to the station with no need for a tuk tuk. This was a great convenience for me & meant that I could say in bed just a little longer. The staff provided good service & even knocked on my door to present me with a lovely slice of cake. This was a clean & basic hotel & reasonably priced. It did the job for me & I would stay there again.

A WELL-LOCATED PLACE BUT DIRTY
Pros: Great location, good-helpful staff, and excellent tour-driver. It is better and cheaper to take the driver the hotel offers to do sight-seeing and to go to places like Agra and Jaypur, instead of taking the train. Do not try to buy tickets on-line; it is a nightmare and American cards are not accepted for some reason. Stay away from travel agencies since their prices are too high. The hotel is close to Connaught Place, and we recommend to take the Tuk Tuk instead so you will not be harassed by people selling you stuff or working for agencies. You can see all the main attractions in Delhi in three days. Cons: Breakfast was always Indian style (with curry and spicy). Everything was always dirty (plates, glasses, silver ware, etc.) despite the fact that we pointed this issue out many times. The room is also hot. The rooms of the hotel may be cleaned upon request, and when they do it, it is not properly done. The bathroom has no curtain, which gets the bathroom wet all the time. We asked the TV to be fixed and they did not do it properly. Also, when the tour-driver takes you to do sight-seeing, at lunch time the restaurants do not let him eat with you. Bosses mistreat workers. And we did not like that. We always invited the driver to eat with us. Many people in India still have to learn the lessons from Mahatma Gandhi. We let the manager of the hotel know what we thought about discrimination and mistreatment.

The AC did not work and the staff wouldn’t give an extra water bottle even though we paid for an extra person. The bill ended up being 3 times the cost of the listing on Expedia and we were subject to a crazy amount of hidden fees. Would not recommend.

空港からの送迎について ぼったくられました。 メールには空港の駐車場代も含めて680ルピーと言われましたが、結果的に780ルピー取られました。 またメールを送付していたのにもかかわらず、送迎が来なく、電話をしたら明日の朝になると言われ、今から来いと言って来てもらいました。メールは返信もありましたし、送迎代の話をホテルとメール以外では一切していないのに価格がメールと一緒だったことから、明らかにホテル側のミスであると、私は認識しております。それをメールが来ていないと言ってごまかされました。 「インドなんだからそれくらい」と言われればそれまでかもしれませんが、気になったことを記します。

Disappointed
The room condition was quite disappointing, even considering the reasonable price. - The toilet cover was broken - the half was gone. - Sometimes no hot water. - Most of all, very, very noisy. I could hear ANYTHING from the entire floor as well as the noise from outside. A few good things: airport pickup service and the location which is close to the train station.

The locality is very thrash. Horrible place near the railway station. The metro station is far away. No places to eat nearby and the hotel does not offer breakfast. The room is tiny. But hotel service is friendly.

First time backpacking
Communication with the hotel was good from the start and were willing to help. A pick up from the airport was arranged and was there on time. On arrival check in was efficient and the room was ok however it was next to the restaurant and was a bit noisy so I asked for a different room in the morning and thematic agent sorted it immediately. The manager was extremely helpful and arranged a taxi for the day for 1600INR for the day which took me around Delhi for the day. He was willing and able to help with anything you needed. Nothing is ever perfect but the hotel was decent for what your paying and very accessible to the main parts of the city.

Wonderful stay at city empire
What a wonderful place .Girish who was the reception manager/ checking in host could not have been more helpful . I got my booking date wrong and they still honoured it at no extra charge . They do not overcharge or try to take advantage. Breakfast was lovely wifi excellent and comfortable bed .i could not have found better at this great price .so good i booked again .Thank you Girish ...from GS UK Tourist

早朝の列車で移動する予定だったので、このホテルを選びました。 デリー駅まで徒歩5分くらい、移動はとにかく便利です。 泊まった部屋は、隣の部屋の音(隣の目覚ましが自分の部屋でなっているように聞こえる)、 階段の音、もろもろうるさかったので、決して快適とは言えません。

Excellent hotel service from the staff. Made us feel safe and welcomed. Very near to Connaught Place, and on the way to Connaught Place, you can walk into the bazaar. Good location. Good service. Good rooms. Great value for money!!!

Wonderful hotel
Lovely hotel, so easy to walk to from the train station, perfect for our early morning train the next day. Shops and restaurants nearby. Warm welcome from the doorman and reception, Girish was very helpful and nothing too much trouble, room was lovely and spacious and very clean, WiFi was very fast, would recommend.

Very Comfortable to Stay
Rooms were clean, and hotel staff were very prompt whenever I asked for their help (Organizing auto, food arrangement etc.). It is very close to the railway station. According to the hotel staff, it is safe to walk around the area before 9pm. Uber car did not have any problem finding this hotel as long as you type the right address. I would come back to stay here again!
