Qutub Residence over all review
Although the stay was comfortable but house keeping service was very poor. I had personally requested the reception staff while handing over the room keys to clean the room but when I returned in the evening to the room it had not been cleaned. Breakfast was below average as tea was cold and only 3 items were provided Banana, cold parathas and just tomato sandwiches.

The hotel was quite a disappointment and our room looked quite different than the pictures shown on the web. The main problem was that we didn't have hot water in the shower. We complained about the issue but the staff was unable to fix the situation.

Very comfortable stay.
The staff are extremely cordial and look after the safety of their guests. Visitors are first screened at the hotel reception and permission sought from the guests before they are allowed to visit the guests. A very good round the clock service by very cordial staff especially the doorkeeping staff, reception, room service and restaurant staff. Very convenient location too!
